The Research Of The Motivation Of The Integration Development Of Industrial Heritage Conservation Reuse And Cultural Industries In China

The arrival of the "post industrial era" made the world's major economic center cities in the 20 th century 60's complete the upgrade of industrial structure.And a large part of the industrial heritage conservation reuse during this period is practiced in the interaction with the emerging industries including the cultural industries.After entering in the 21 st Century,the integration between culture and economy has become one of the most advanced cities' economic development characteristics in a very short period of time in China.As one of the products of this kind of fusion,the cultural industry park has become a very active and competitive market subject,which occupied a considerable proportion through the transformation of the industrial heritage.What is the development overview of the combine of the integration of the industrial heritage conservation reuse and the cultural industries in the typical cities of China.Are there any special requirements on the macroscopic geography and the microscopic carrier in spatial agglomeration processes due to the original characteristics of the culture industries? As the basic structure of Chinese industrial land regeneration,what kinds of effects do the transition of the allocated land-use right system,the transformation and promotion processes of traditional industries and the laws of the market have on this combination of the development mode? To answer these three questions seriously is the basic premise of study the integration development of industrial heritage conservation reuse and cultural industries.Based on the above motivations,with the characteristics of the cultural industries' spatial agglomeration and the Chinese industrial land regeneration as a starting point,and the specific projects of 8 representative Chinese cities as the basic research scope,the research establishes a holistic research structure according to understanding of the current situation,analyses the motivation of the combining development of industrial heritage conservation reuse and cultural industries from the perspective of economics,discusses the basic of the combination and the fundamental power of the development,and tries to create a classification of the existing related projects without conflicting interpretation and according to the different processes of how the diverse conservation reuse subjects promote the combination,clarifies the internal motivation and external performance of the combination of the industrial heritage conservation reuse and the industrial upgrading.Then the paper will provide some theoretical references on how to achieve the integration of the stock of urban center's land reuse,the industrial structure adjustment and the historical and cultural continuity,and how to promote the process from policy and development strategies better.
