In the field of civil aviation,the efficiency of air traffic management is of utmost importance,and the coordinated operation of airspace and traffic is the core work of air traffic management.In airspace management and air traffic flow management,in order to efficiently make use of airspace resources and organize air traffic,people have to know the law of the airspace and traffic in the air traffic system and grasp its intrinsic rules,then we can achieve the management goal that people can detect even the small change,make plan based on the regular pattern,and make decisions with evidence.Based on the full understanding of the connotation of airspace and air traffic,a scientific illustration method is needed to accurately reveal the characteristics and changes of airspace and air traffic in an explicit way in order to effectively assist related management.In the “big data” era,the use of mass data to qualitatively and quantitatively describe the condition and change of things represents the general trend of fine management.Introduction of digital indicators into ATM will substantially improve the means and quality of management.Beginning with the analysis of the essential characteristics of airspace and air traffic,the dissertation differentiates features of airspace and air traffic,and then index those quantifiable features,aiming to delineate the characteristics and changes of airspace and air traffic by means of indicators.Based on the further dissection of interactive mechanism between airspace and air traffic,the above indicators are used to unfold the mechanism.The complexity indicators constructed in the dissertation are a series of comprehensive micro-indexes which contain a large amount of information and which can be used to accurately describe the traffic pattern.The dissertation uses these indicators to show the characteristics of air traffic as well as airspace-based traffic characteristics.In this dissertation,the main research contents include:1)Traffic characteristics and their characterization indicator systemTo summarize the characteristics of air traffic,mine traffic features.Generalize traffic indicators system according to the macroscopic and microscosmic information,construct representative traffic pattern indicator model with statistical and predictive statistical method,and detailedly delineate traffic characteristics by mainly using traffic complexity indicators.2)Airspace features affecting air traffic and their characterization indicator systemTo comb the key elements of airspace so as to summarize airspace characteristics affecting traffic operation and extract airspace features which may affect air traffic,classify indicator system according to airspace structure and condition,and construct representative airspace character indicator model with geometric topology.3)Interactive mechanism between airspace and traffic and its indicator systemTo dissect the interactive mechanism between airspace and traffic based on the previous research,build the indicator system;construct representative indicator model with statistical and predictive statistical method,and emphatically illustrate how airspace-based traffic operates with collaborative complexity indicators.4)Indicator application based on airspace and traffic collaborative operational managementTo explore the indicator seletion rules and analysis dimensionality,introduce how to select required indicators through indicator clustering,and construct proper indicators through indicator granularity conversion and synthesis so as to apply them to collaborative management of airspace and traffic.In the research process of the above content,index system based on airspace and traffic charact eristics was constructed innovotively in this article.The index system break through the difficult pr oblem about constructing the traffic complexity index oriented to the three-dimensional space and building the collaborative complexity metric based on the mechanism of interaction between airsp ace and traffic.This article also creatively applied grey relation clustering method on traffic charac teristics index for partition clustering,and used the Fratar traffic distribution prediction model to p redict the airport flight schedule demands.In conclusion,the dissertation aims to extract the main characteristics through the research on the collaborative operation mechanism of airspace and air traffic,to study the theory and key techniques of characterization indicators reflecting the intrinsic property and rules of the representation system so as to achieve the management objectives specific to different operation stages,different airspace management object and dimension and different performance in ATM,and to analyze,assess and make decision by using suitable indicators.The dissertation provides a new approach for the accurate description of the status and problems of air traffic system in various stages,and for the optimization and control as well as the overall promotion of the operational capability of air traffic system.
