| At present,our country advocate the development of "intensive society",The idea of sustainable development is being extended to all walks of life.As the basic unit of urban development,A large number of existing buildings began to face the transformation and new functional requirements.The huge stock of existing building has become an important shackles of Urban development.Compared with western developed countries,the development of China’s existing building renovation and related research started late.There are many aspects of the problem in the construction of the development of localization,energy conservation,environmental protection,design methods,ideas,long-term planning,etc.Based on comprehensive comparative analysis,this study through a large number of domestic and foreign existing building renovation case,to sort out the inherent laws of existing building renovation.in the development context,transformation idea,transformation technique and transformation effect.Then combined with the analysis of the typical characteristics of the public buildings in the cold area,clarify the differences between the public building reconstruction scheme and the conventional transformation in the cold area,and analyze the influencing facors of differences.So as to establish the comprehensive evaluation theory for the evaluation of the existing public buildings in the cold area.In th e evaluation system construction,Study on the influence factors of building renovation from three dimensions,(national standards and related standards,planning theory and system theory,architectural planning theory and building prediction).Eventually formed: Prediction of building structure and safety,social value,comprehensive climate adaptability and land use planning,optimization and energy intensive use,comfort,optimization and upgrading of construction resources saving and comprehensive utilization,economic effect seven evaluation levels,to system for completing the evaluation elements of the renovation scheme of the existing public buildings in cold area.Base on the established evaluation system,this paper use of SPSS,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),Delphi method Study on the factors in all levels of evaluation system of weight calculation and the importance of ranking,The research has achieved the goal.of visual data of evaluation system,Study on qualitative and quantitative analysis of indicators,in multidisciplinary perspective,Ensure the operability of the evaluation system.Finally research through the(Visual Basic)programming evaluation system of the program operating software,applying the results of the evaluation system to the computer platform.Comprehensive evaluation,evaluation and conclusion of the design scheme,by man-machine operation.Provide an effective method for the evaluation of multi scheme for building reconstruction. |
