With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the problem of the energy situation and the environment becomes more and more serious.Currently,under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,the way of thinking aiming at building the environmental design which adapts to climate conditions to realize the win-win economic effect of being energy-saving and healthy as well as comfortable has become increasingly clear.Lingnan garden is the specific garden form formed under hot and humid climate formation of,thus to explore the correlation of traditional gardening ideas and the regional climate of Lingnan garden helps to make further advantage of the regional value of Lingnan garden.Based on the special characteristic of hot and humid climate of Lingnan region in China,and with climate adaptability as the breakthrough point,this study focuses on the layout pattern optimization of space elements of Lingnan garden under the synergy of the landscape elements,by means of the combination of design and technology.This study taps into the ecological wisdom of Lingnan residential environment,making the past serve the present;explores how to make full advantage of the synergy of landscape elements and to better plays the role of improving the micro-climate effect of the gardens;and transforms the traditional experience and theory into operable design guidelines to promote the combination of traditional garden space with modern life.This will probably be not only beneficial to inheriting the experience of the climate adaptation of traditional Lingnan garden,and at the same time,provide reference to solving the problem of landscape outdoor environment comfort and improving the quality of landscape space through the micro climate design of landscape,provide guidance for reasonable use of garden in modern green building planning,and may have some practical significance for building energy-saving green community and the city.Based on this,this research is mainly divided into four sections:Firstly,combining with historical documents research and analysis of field measurement,the cause,development and expression of Lingnan garden climate adaptability features are studied.This study also makes it clear that the research and utilization of Lingnan garden climate adaptability characteristics has realistic significance to the regional modern architecture creation.And on this basis,according to the differences of garden space,classification of basic spatial units of gardens is made and two kinds of typical abstract models of garden space are thus chosen.(Chapter 2)Secondly,field measurement and questionnaire survey of thermal comfort of typical case of the existing traditional Lingnan garden are made,and results are obtained by organizing and analyzing the data.In addition,thermal comfort of summer outdoor environment of Lingnan garden under hot and humid climate is also explored.Then combined with the related statistical methods,thermal comfort index PET threshold range of Lingnan garden summer outdoor environment is calculated.Finally,the evaluation standards suitable for the summer outdoor thermal environment of Lingnan garden are established.(Chapter 3)Thirdly,with theory analysis combined with empirical research,the correlation mechanism of landscape elements and garden micro climate is untangled,the role of regulating garden micro climate and building garden comfort of the courtyard space elements allocation is demonstrated,which shows clearly the importance of elements allocation in terms of garden micro climate regulation(Chapter 4).On this basis,the two kinds of typical representatives of "court" space cases,namely Yuyin Garden and Ke Garden are taken as the object of research,and ENVI-met software is employed for quantitative simulation of garden landscape elements allocation.Then combined with the evaluation standards of garden outdoor thermal environment,quantitative analysis of the effect of different levels of landscape elements on the garden outdoor thermal environment comfort is made.The clarification of the mechanism of micro climate effect is beneficial to evaluate and judge the credibility of the follow-up optimization schemes and strategies.(Chapter 5)Finally,the orthogonal experiment design method is employed for grouping simulation test of garden space abstract models.Quantitative analysis of design factors on the influence degree of the garden outdoor space thermal environment is made;according to different use functions,with the weight of each time slices into consideration and in combination with the outdoor thermal environment evaluation standards,this study focuses on the layout pattern optimization of space elements of Lingnan garden under the synergy of the landscape elements and assigns grades of comfortable levels for the optimization schemes.On this basis,garden optimization layout methods based on e climate adaptability are integrated and refined and,from two aspects of garden space layout and landscape elements allocation,optimization schemes and strategies of the garden outdoor thermal environment suitable for hot and humid area are further pointed out in the paper.(Chapter 6)This study innovatively proposes the thermal comfort PET threshold of summer garden outdoor environment in hot and humid area,creates integrated prediction tools and analysis methods of small-scale garden outdoor thermal environment the elements under the synergy of the landscape elements,and puts forward diversified combination models of the typical garden space elements allocation which meets thermal comfort in summer.Objective quantitative evaluation basis is provided for the comparison and choice of comfortability of landscape space designs;scientific visualization analysis tools are provided to clarify the relationship between landscape spatial elements and micro climate environment,and to achieve the dynamic optimization allocation of garden space elements;convenient and effective guidance is also provided for the landscape design of micro climate in hot and humid regions.This study will probably have a realistic significance for quantifying landscape microclimate design through technical means and for efficiently playing the role of garden design in realizing the regulating role of green building in the outdoor environment.Finally this paper might play a significant role in the improvement of design theory system of climate adaptability in hot and humid regions,and in the application of the traditional ecological wisdom in contemporary landscape,architecture and the urban planning practice.
