Research On The Value Judgment System Of Industrial Heritage Landscape In Liaoning Province

At present,with China’s continuous increase in urbanization,great changes have occurred in the range of city built-up area,expanding the city area to outskirts.At these areas,some factories that could not adapt to the market were forced to close down,whereas the other factories that could keep pace with the time and promote economic development were moved from its original sites.In the wake of these movements,huge amount of industrial relics were left.Research on the question of whether the industrial heritage has the heritage value,is the original industrial heritage value formed in the current background of the times,industrial heritages have been recognized as belonging to the industrial heritage of the architectural or industrial heritage belonging to the landscape,how to objectively evaluate the value of industrial heritage landscape and so on.These problems are very important to the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage landscape.At the same time to promote the development of regional economy,establish the image of the city’s characteristics,and enrich the public entertainment and leisure life is also of great significance.This research consists of three parts: research of theory and methodology,research of value judgment system,and the analysis as well as research of industrial development in Liaoning and current situation of heritage landscape by combining concrete cases.This subject of this research is industrial heritage landscape,which is defined in the research paper.This research divides industrial heritage into industrial heritage building and industrial heritage landscape,to clarify and define the concept of industrial heritage landscape.At present,there are many practice cases of industrial heritage landscape in the world,which have different characteristics in the research direction and way of practice,and embody the different understandings of industrial heritage landscape in the different times and countries.We build this system and conduct projects of industrial heritage conservation at the same time.This research summarizes the evaluation criteria through the industrial heritage’s value,modes of protection and reutilization.This research arrives at the protection modes that meet the needs of times and make Liaoning become demonstration base of industrial heritage conservation.Every sort of value that is disassembled is a factor of influence on value evaluation of industrial heritage landscape.So,case study focuses on three typical industrial heritage landscapes in Liaoning province.At the first phase,the research results of industrial heritage landscape both at home and abroad were collected,the problems were probed and general conclusion was reached.This paper based on the definition of the value of industrial heritage in the “Nizhny tagil charter”,constructs the value structure of industrial heritage landscape and analyses the industrial heritage landscape that is different from other types of unique industrial heritage,according to the current background of the times and the specific national conditions of our country.In this study,thevalue of industrial heritage landscape is divided into two categories,"intrinsic value" and "extended value",and then further broken down into factors layer value evaluation factor.The intrinsic value includes: the historical value,the value of science and technology,the cultural value,the artistic value.Extended value includes: location value,environmental value,cluster value,social value,emotional value.On the other hand,through the study of Liaoning Province industrial heritage landscape distribution,the characteristics of industrial heritage landscape,and the current situation of key industrial heritage landscape,the evaluation system of the industrial heritage landscape value evaluation system of Liaoning province was established.By using the questionnaire survey method and combined with the mathematical formula,the weights of the evaluation factors are derived,in order to form the weight coefficient of the evaluation system of industrial heritage value,to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation results.SPSS social science statistics software to collect data for scientific,systematic analysis and interpretation,to demonstrate the feasibility and credibility of the questionnaire.And through the analysis of value evaluation factors,the subjective factors of the respondents were judged to be related to the internal relations between the subjective factors and the evaluation factors,as well as the link between the evaluation factors.Finally,in the evaluation of three representative cases of Liaoning,these three cases are:Hongmei monosodium factory,Dagu mountain iron ore and Lvshun shipyard.I summarize the data of computation,analyze common rules and put forward the reason why different methods should be employed to protect different industrial heritage landscapes with different evaluation values.Referring to sections of score,this research puts forward the protection and renewal methods of industrial heritage landscape,suggests that the level of industrial heritage landscape vale should be measured by quantitative criteria,and calculates the evaluation result of the value of the industrial heritage landscape by the formula.And I offer the valuable suggestion for protection of industrial heritage landscape in future,which is also the innovative significance and practical value of this research.
