| In recent years,as China’s urbanization process enters the middle and late stages,cities across the country are gradually moving from the crude "expansion of incremental resources" to the quality "renewal of stock resources" development.As one of the 120 old industrial base cities certified by the state,Nanchang City has abundant industrial heritage landscape resources in its old urban areas.In this context,this paper attempts to evaluate the value of industrial heritage landscape resources in the old city of Nanchang through a set of scientific and systematic value evaluation system,and proposes reuse strategies for different value levels of industrial heritage landscapes in the area based on the results from macro and micro levels.This paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1 summarizes and reviews the research progress of "industrial heritage reuse" and "industrial heritage value evaluation" at home and abroad;Chapter 2 investigates the status of 78 old industrial enterprises in the old city of Nanchang,and summarizes The third chapter summarizes the evaluation indexes of this value evaluation system based on the theoretical and field research support in the first two chapters,and uses the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)in the AHP-FCE comprehensive evaluation method to complete the construction of the industrial heritage landscape value evaluation index system in the old city of Nanchang.The fourth chapter selects eight evaluation samples,applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)for value evaluation,verifies the feasibility of the evaluation system,and classifies the eight samples into primary,secondary and tertiary industrial heritage landscape resources and general industrial heritage landscape resources according to the evaluation results;the fifth chapter,on the basis of the previous study,proposes a strategy for the reuse of industrial heritage landscape in the old urban area of Nanchang from the macro and micro levels;the sixth chapter,on the basis of the previous study,proposes a strategy for the reuse of industrial heritage landscape in the old urban area of Nanchang.Chapter 6summarizes the findings and shortcomings of this paper,and provides an outlook on the future of this research direction.The conclusion of the study shows that the index system for evaluating the landscape value of industrial heritage in the old city of Nanchang consists of one target layer,two criterion layers(basic value given by history,landscape reuse potential value),eight sub-criteria layers(historical,technological,aesthetic,socio-cultural,economic,locational,environmental,public value)and 21 factor layer indicators,and through the empirical study of this system,it is found that the unmodified Among the industrial heritage landscape resources,two of them meet the criteria of Grade 1 heritage landscape,two of them meet the criteria of Grade 2 heritage landscape,and three of them meet the criteria of Grade 3 heritage landscape,and according to their value scores,they should be used for overall conservation,overall renewal and partial renewal respectively,and specifically,they can be used in the mode of museum integrated park,historical and cultural district,creative industrial park and community activity center.The 7 industrial heritage landscapes can be jointly developed with other industrial landscape parks that have been renovated to create a special industrial landscape tourism route in Nanchang. |
