| Positive psychology is committed to the development and cultivation of posi tive personality traits,promoting personal development and happiness.As one of the 24 positive personality traits,hope is of great significance for human adapta tion and development.The social competition becomes intensive,and the pressur e of the college students in the aspects of study,economy,career and so on is more and more serious.This study aim to address psychological structure,influen cing factors,workingmode and measurement tools,it provides theoretical guidanc e and methods for the cultivation of College Students’positive psychological trait and enhance the hope trait of college students.Base on literature review and hope theory analysis.Hope has two different hi erarchical structures,one is hope trait,it is relatively stable,implicit and durable affection trait inindividual,it is the staticmodality of hope affection;the other is stateful hope feeling,it is personal instant,explicit and excited subjective emoti onal experience,it is the external presentation of personal hope trait.Hope trait set the threshold of individual experience of stateful hope feeling,which is high hope trait person is incline to experience stateful hope feelingmore easily under hope situation.When their emotional experience appears frequently and becomes s tableparticular trait in individual,and it isembedded into individual personality,it becomes the individual’s hope trait.On the other hand,hope is a psychological cognitive appraisal which individ ual evaluate the target,motivation and methodology.This psychological cognitivea ppraisalcome from three aspects:the benefit of goal,realized method and approa ch,aspiration of goal realization,the three aspects are integrated together and be come a synthetically variable:target orientation-beneficial cognitiveappraisal,it’s 1 evel closely relate to the change of individual stateful hope feeling.This researchbase on hope essence and hierarchical structure,according toind ividual emotion theory and psychological cognitionappraisal,creating different hie rarchical measurement tools,investigating the present status of college students’ h ope trait,revealing the occurrence mechanism and the changinglaw of stateful ho pe feeling,exploring the influence factor of hope and implementing a spot group intervention and case counseling intervening for hope trait.Specific research as f ollows:(1)Base on addressed hope essence and identifiedpsychological structure model of college student hope trait,compiling college students hope trait measurement questionnaire.Following applying the questionnaire to investigate the present situat ion of hope trait of college students.Simultaneously,the difference of hope trait is analyzed under demographic variables.(2)Constructing innovative psychological model of stateful hope feeling and di mension of hope emotion,"stateful hope feeling questionnaire" is compiled,then,implementingexperimental research on inducement and generation of statefulhope feeling,different situational storieswere appliedas stimuli to explore the function and mechanism how to trigger stateful hope feeling through target oriented-benefi cialcognition appraisal.Simultaneously,implementing experimental researches by means of cognitive reappraisalwhich are shown to have a effect on the stateful h ope feeling and identify some human vital signs which index stateful hope feelin gsuch as blood pressure,heart rate and body temperature.(3)Experimental studies were implemented to explore the influent factorsof stateful hope feeling.Details including:applying different situational stories as stimuli factor to investigate the relationship between individual’s hope traitand stateful hope feeling;to investigate the influence on stateful hope feeling by different environment atmosphere.According to these studies,combined psychological affection&emotional theory,finally,the psychological structure model and formational mechanism of hope trait are summarized and determined.(4)Empirical intervening research on the promotion and improvement of hope traits,a spot group intervening research were implemented to study the effect on promoting hope trait by group intervening activities and case counseling intervening activities,improving individual hope trait by means of enhancing the stateful hope feeling of respondents.This research is follow the process of "theory construction-present status inv estigation-mechanism research-intervention practice",base on different perspectiveso f"trait and state","static and dynamic",combining different research methodologi es such as literature review,questionnaire survey,situational experiment,cognitiv e reappraisal experiment,group intervention and case counseling intervention etc.Finally,the psychological structure model and formation mechanism of hope trait were constructed,and some effective methodologies to improving individual’s ho pe trait were addressed.The main conclusions in this dissertation are as bellows:(1)The hope trait of college student is positive,but it is unbalance under diffe rent field of life,it still needs further improvement and promotion.There are sig nificant differences in gender,grade,major,the number of family children,Clas s cadre experience and the interaction between these Demographic variables are a lso significant.(2)Target oriented-beneficial cognitive appraisals is the key elements for indivi dual’s stateful hope feeling generation.Empirical research shows that respondents generated stateful hope feeling through cognizing and assessing the benefit of ta rget,feasible methodology for target realization and the motivation for target real ization,it proved that the three variables are cognitive condition for generating st ateful hope feeling.The change of target orientation-beneficial cognitive appraisal s can result in the change of stateful hope feeling.They are key factors for gen eration of stateful hope feeling.(3)Base on cognitive reappraisals methodology,the experimental research is des igned to explore the changing law of stateful hope feeling throughthe changing o f target orientation-beneficial cognitive appraisals by means of reappraisal target,r eappraisal motivation and reappraisal approach.It shows that the individual’s stat efulhope feeling will being changed by cognitive reappraisals methodology,Empir ical researchalso shows that individual’s stateful hope feeling closely relate tosom e human vital signs such as blood pressure,heart rate and body temperature.(4)The interaction between individual’s hope trait and target orientation-benef icial cognitive appraisals significantly impact individual’s stateful hope feeling.The interaction between environmental atmosphere and target orientation-beneficial cog nitiveappraisals influence on individual’s stateful hope feeling.(5)The spot group intervention research and clinical case counseling analysi s shows psychological consultation can enhance the experience of stateful hope f eeling of college students and improve the level of individual’s hope traits by m eans of inculcating hope,setting goal,strengthen the thinking of approach and m otive consciousness,it provide specific and operable intervention practice for dev eloping college students’ psychological health education and college psychological counseling. |
