Objective: in order to make clear the interaction of emotion, cognitive and major depressive disorder(MDD);we should find a method to analyze the BOLD signal data of different genders, different ages and between MDD and control group,we want to make clear the cognitive processing of human brain and provide an objective quantitative indicator for diagnosis and treatment of MDD.Methods: non-carry and abdication double-digit addition and subtraction,non-carry and abdication double-digit addition and subtraction under positive, neutral, and negative emotional stimuli experiments are designed.we collect three sets separately. On the basis of brain informatics system methodology principle,ACT-R meets fMRI is used to establish the cognitive hypothesis models of the three sets respectively, the simulation response times are as close as possible to the real response times, the simulation BOLD responses are as close as possible to the real BOLD responses. At the same time, the fuzzy approximate entropy is proposed to analyze the data of MDD with different genders, ages. Results: The response time of addition is shorter than subtraction, the accuracy is lower than addition, which are completed by controls; The response time of addition under negative emotional stimuli is longer than neutral, the response time of neutral emotional stimuli is longer than positive emotional stimuli, the accuracy of the undergraduate student subjects completed the addition under negative emotional stimuli is lower than neutral, the accuracy of neutral emotional stimuli is lower than positive emotional stimuli,at the same time, the response time and the accuracy of subtraction under different emotions by controls have the similar results, which are completed by undergraduate student subjects; The experimental results of the cognitive computing under different emotional stimuli of MDD and control group have the similar results. The fuzzy approximate entropy values of MDD group with different genders have no significant difference, their sample entropy values also have no significant difference; The fuzzy approximate entropy values of MDD group with different ages have significant difference, but their sample entropy values have no significant difference; The fuzzy approximate entropy values of MDD group are bigger than control. Conclusions: Subtraction tasks strategies which are completed by controls are complex than addition;the results also show that normal subjects with positive emotional bias and negative emotion deviation, and the MDD are on the contrary. The results are also shown that the fuzzy approximate entropy is more suitable to analyze the BOLD signal data. The research methods refer to the related research results at home and abroad, according to principle of brain informatics system methodology,ACT-R meets fMRI is used to establish the corresponding cognitive hypothesis models, the results are explained and verified.Fuzzy approximate entropy method is put forward to find out the differences of different genders, ages, between MDD and control group, this is the first exploration in China. The research contents of this article is also a kind of new attempt. This article belongs to the exploratory research. In this dissertation, the main innovation points are as follows:1.In view of the differences between addition and subtraction calculation tasks of controls. We establish the hypothesis models respectively based on the behavior experimental data, questionnaire results and fMRI results.ACT-R meets fMRI method is used to analyze the information processing of addition and subtraction computing tasks on controls. And it shows that the addition uses extraction strategy, but the subtraction calculation not only contains extraction strategy but also calculation strategy, the results are consistent with the triple-code model which is proposed by Deheane.2.In order to understand the information processing differences between addition and subtraction calculation tasks under different emotional stimuli of control. We establish the hypothesis models respectively based on the behavior experimental data, questionnaire results and fMRI results. For the first time,we adopt ACT-R meets fMRI method to analyze the cognitive processing of addition and subtraction tasks under different emotional stimuli of controls.3.For the emotional dysfunction and cognitive dysfunction of MDD,at the first time we established the cognitive hypothesis models for the addition tasks under different emotional stimuli of MDD and control separately. And the positive emotions bias and negative deviation are the characteristics of control. And it also interpreted and verified the information processing of addition under different emotional stimuli on MDD and control from the finer time particles.4.Fuzzy approximate entropy method is proposed to analyze the differences among different genders, different ages, between MDD and control, and compare with the sample entropy. The results are shown that the fuzzy approximate entropy is more suitable to analyze the BOLD signal data.It may be as a new objective quantitative indicator for the clinical diagnosis and rehabilitation of MDD,it may also provide a new method to study the BOLD signal in Non-linear dynamics method. In this paper,we establish the cognitive hypothesis models respectively for addition and subtraction of control, addition and subtraction under different emotional stimuli of control, addition under different emotional stimuli of MDD and control;at the same time,we also use the fuzzy approximate entropy method to analyze the BOLD signals of different genders, different ages,MDD and control. From the results,we can know that it enriches the contents of cognitive, emotion and cognitive of MDD.It also provides a new method for nonlinear dynamics on BOLD signals of MDD.
