Purpose:This study freshmen in medical university as the research object, with mindfulness cognitive training for intervention method, using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI), five factors of mindfulness scale was(FFMQ) and multiparameter biofeedback instrument research tools such as mindfulness training on the effects of sleep disorder,depression state and analyze the possible neural physiological mechanism, the purpose is to improve students sleep, which will provide a scientific basis for medical students’ physical and mental health research.Object:Design, this experiment adopts the random control group in the experimental group before and after the test, according to the principle of completely randomized, after screening of 70 freshmen were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 35 people, the experimental group subjects to attend lasted 8 weeks,5 days a week, once a day, 40 minutes of mindfulness cognitive training; Blank control group, do not take any interventions. Before and after the experiment, using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI), five factors of mindfulness scale(FFMQ)and multiparameter biofeedback instrument tools such as gathering the indicators,including alpha, theta, beta, myoelectricity, BVP, galvanic skin and body temperature.Results:(1) set of mindfulness cognitive training before the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI), on average, 6.01 ±2.57, 5.02 2.53 mm, after training the posttest scores higher than the previous test scores, paired sample t test results showed that the scores in the group differences are statistically significant. Experimental mindfulness cognitive difference of PSQI scores before and after training for 1.01 ±2.47, the control of PSQI scores difference of 0.19 ±2.62, set between independent sample t-test results showed that the two groups of data points to change the difference has statistical significance(p <0.001).2. The experimental group in mindfulness cognitive training mindfulness scale was the first five factors(FFMQ) score was 121.6±12.3, total score after training FFMQ total score was 126.1±11.1, FFMQ scores before and after the experimental training group paired sample t test, the results show that the experimental group before and after the training of FFMQ score had significant difference(p = 0.005), cognitive training FFMQ scores before and after difference was 4.63 ±3.93, the control of mindfulness FFMQ score difference before and after cognitive training for 1.07 ±5.33, set between independent sample t test results show that the two sets of scores change quantity differences statistically significant(p< 0.001).Conclusion:1. 8 weeks standard mindfulness cognitive training can improve the subjects sleep quality, reduce the sleep time, sleep efficiency level lower levels of sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction.2. 8 weeks standard mindfulness cognitive training can improve the level of mindfulness subjects, improve mood, improve individual emotion regulation ability.3. 8 weeks standard mindfulness cognitive training can improve the level of physiological indexes, including the alpha, theta, beta, rise, reduce muscle electricity and BVP and galvanic skin.4. Mindfulness cognitive training to improve the psychological mechanism of emotional promote sleep available processing program separation ratio to explain consciousness and unconsciousness, the results confirmed that the mindfulness cognitive training can be from the level of conscious and unconscious affect negatively biased information process, and improve the level of the activation of positive information.
