Research On The Influence Of Provincial Government Micro-blog In China

In the Internet era,government affairs micro-blog has become a powerful tool for governmental affairs.At present,31 provincial governments in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)have opened government affairs micro-blog,in order to publicize their government information and provide a variety of public services to the public.The opening of government affairs micro-blog not only covers all provinces,but also gradually expands to various departments of provincial government.In recent years,the number of provincial government affairs micro-blog has grown rapidly,but its influence has not improved.Overall,the provincial government micro-blog influence shows the trend of the pyramid,that is,the number of influential provincial government affairs micro-blog is small.In addition,there are obvious differences in the development status of government affairs micro-blog in different provinces.The objective reasons for these differences are geographical differences,policy differences,etc.The subjective reason lies in the problems existing in the operation of government affairs micro-blog,such as the imcomplete registration information of provincial government micro-blog,and the low quality of content.Based on the theory of using and satisfying and the theory of bidirectional symmetric communication,this paper constructs the index system of the influence of provincial government affairs micro-blog in China,and evaluates and analyzes the influence of 31 provincial government affairs micro-blogs.In particular,paper cluster the same quality of the Government micro-blog influence for a class through factor analysis and cluster analysis.By evaluating the influence of each class,we can find an influential group.Then we can observe and study the behavior and strategy of the group in practice,and conclude that the place of reference.And we can find out the uninfluential group,and find out the existing problems by analyzing the operation behavior and strategy of government affairs micro-blog.Some countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,such as perfecting registration information,improving content quality and strengthening legislative management.
