A Rsearch Of The Construction Of The Identification Of The Chinese National Community

The construction of the Identification of the Chinese National Community is the precondition of the integration of sense of ethnic identity and sense of national identity.It can be an important identification mechanism of integrating the interest of the ethnic minorities and an important gripping of building a spiritual homeland for all the ethnic minorities of our country.The ethnic minority policies of the Communist Party of China have changed from emphasizing the equality of all nationalities to emphasizing the mutual development of 11 nationalities,from favoring the ethnic minorities to mutually beneficial for all nationalities,from acknowledging the ethnic minorities to acknowledging the whole Chinese nation.These changes have reflected the urgent demand of reality for theories to keep pace with the times.As the development gap between the ethnic minority areas and the developed areas has been narrowed,the Chinese nation as a whole has been more united.But at the same time some nationality extremists in certain areas incite national separatism and attempts to foster the trend of national isolation,solidification and separation.There has been a phenomenon in our national work which shows the feature that the high-level culture of the Chinese nation has been virtualized while ethnic minority culture has flourished and materialized.If we let this trend develop and don't do anything,our nation and country may end up divided,speak none of realizing the great rejuvenation dream of the Chinese nation.Now we emphasize the integrity of the Chinese nation.As Mr Fei Xiaotong realized in the 80 s,the past research emphasize more ethnic minorities,less integrity of the Chinese nation.Recently we realized that we are talking more material rather than spirit to the ethnic minority areas.Community identity of the Chinese nation is the inevitable choice of the developing of history and the reality,also the inevitable result of the impact that economic globalization had on China's development.This paper tries to base on the methodology of ethnology,with the use of"trans-social system"and method of sociology of regionalism,liberate the region issues from ethnic minority issues framework.We must make the ethnic minority issues no longer a sensitive topic in the ethnic areas and some frontier area and change it's political sensitivity,just like we can't define all the criminal cases related to ethnic minority as nation problem.We can't let ethnology be used as a privilege of a certain ethnic area or a certain ethnic minority group.We must bring in several disciplines,find a better way of good governance from political philosophy and public management discipline.This paper includes six chapters besides introduction and conclusion.By introducing 3.14 case,7.5 case and XiMeng case,the first chapter shows that the phenomenon of imbalance between national identity and ethnic identity has appeared in some frontier areas.If we want to make China great again and realize the rejuvenation dream of the Chinese nation,the first and most important issue that should be solved is the building of community identity of the Chinese nation.The second chapter tries to build a theory basis and analysis framework of community identity of the Chinese nation by combing through relevant theories.The recognition of Chinese national community needs the guidance of Marxist basic national theory and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and also needs to explore the contemporary values of Marxist world history,division of labor and integration theory,to develop the core ideas"Corridor","Region" and "Respecting each other " of Chinese pluralistic integration theory and adopt inter-subjectivity and reasonable core of symbiotic theory.So we can be alert to the extreme importance and strategic significance of fate community construction in current situation.The third chapter is to find the intersection of Chinese national community and the common fate community of mankind from the history.The Communist Party of China(CPC)wins the identity of the whole Chinese nation from scratch,which is attributed to the culture and wisdom of Chinese traditional view of "world".The construction of spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation marks a new era of national policy.The fourth chapter tries to explore the internal mechanism of the identity of Chinese national community from the perspective of ethnic minority in border areas and concludes the identity model of Inner Mongolia and Chinese national community from two-way interactions of cultural identity such as "pluralistic integration theory",and also reveals that Han-Dynasty culture is not equal to the Chinese culture,while Zhaojun culture and the Prairie culture are not exotic,either.And it is a cultural blending model of "pluralistic integration".The fifth Chapter is to reveal that it's wrong for China and other countries to judge critically other countries' different political systems in accordance with the existing systems through analyzing the success and failure of the United States,Russia(the former Soviet Union),the European Union and other communities.The sixth Chapter gives suggestions and tries to explore through three levels of cultural structure.Uniting the constructions of material,system,spiritual civilization and culture as one can build an inter-embedded social structure and community environment to solve problems of material,system and spirit.
