This fully demonstrates determination of the CPC Central Committee on the Eco-civilization construction to build the beautiful Chinese.Eco-civilization, is the new symbol of the progress of human society, is a new form of living way and culture ethics after the industrial civilization. It is great significance of constructing Eco-civilization to improve and ease the grim situation of the tight resource constraints, the serious environmental pollution and the degradation of ecological systems.
