Research On Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of The Rule Of Law

Since the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has established the national strategy of governing the country in accordance with law, China has made new progress on the path of the rule of law. At present, associated with the full promoting of the rule of law and building the rule of law in China and the overall progress of the deployment of this strategy, in the vast majority of social members the rule of law thinking and way of the rule of law have gradually generated in daily life. As a result, the rule of law already become an important but inevitable field that the ideological and political education and research need pay attention to. Based on this understanding, this article, guided by the Marxist theory, focused on the rule of law field, in order to improve the scientific and the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. Through the ideological and political education to cultivate the free and comprehensive development of the people's purpose, comprehensively considering four elements named the rule of law in the creation of good law, loyal to the law, the right-oriented doctrine and actively obey the law, and related concepts. Eventually, according above methodology, to explore what the rule of law brings to ideological and political education content, educators, educational values and educational referees, and how it put into effect accordingly.Specifically, this paper mainly includes six chapters as following:Introduction. This part mainly expounds the reason, status, goals, methodology, difficulties,innovation and progress in this area. Now, with the rapid development of our society under the rule of law, it is one of the most important tasks in the field of the current ideological and political education researchers to take the initiative to accelerate the transformation of the achievements of the rule of law into the field of ideological and political education. Within the view of rule of law to carry out the ideological and political education, firstly, it is helpful to strengthen the teaching according to the constitution and law, firm the socialism direction of the development of ideological and political education and improve the standardized, scientific and effective of the ideological and political education; secondly, it is helpful to guide the ideological and political education to strengthen the reflection, mode and innovation, enrich the theory of Marxism and the theory of ideological and political education, broaden the research field of Marxism and ideological and political education by drawing on the relevant ideas, spirit, thinking and methods of the rule of law; thirdly, it is helpful to enhance the ideological and political education to fit with human and social development needs, to build a large pattern of ideological and political education work, and eventually to provide personnel protection and intellectual support for the realization of social modernization and the ideal of the rule of law.The first chapter, the rule of law: a new vision of ideological and political education. It mainly elaborates the concept of the rule of law, the definition of the rule of law, the connection between the rule of law and the ideological and political education, and the basic principles and the specific path of the ideological and political education research under the rule of law. The connotation of the rule of law is very rich and extensive; it needs to grasp from the historical angle and the horizontal concept. The dynamic perspective of the rule of law is a dynamic process from the creation to the law in social life can be fully realized, the creation of good law, loyal to the law,the right standard and positive law these four interrelated and logic elements as the point of view of rule of law. The rule of law and the ideological and political education not only have their own particularity, but also the goal of consistency, the process of coordination and complementarities.Under the vision of the rule of law, it is necessary for ideological and political education to adhere to the rule of law and the rule of law thinking for the priority; adhere to the ideological and political education of the academic mission and essential attributes, and keep the continuation of ideological and political education category and historical accumulation.The second chapter, the reasonably construction related to creation of good law and the ideological and political education contents. The rule of law as the basic way of governing the country,not only requires "legislation first", but also requires the law of the law for the good law.This paper discusses the importance of the rational construction of ideological and political education,which related to the legitimacy of ideological and political education, which affects the realization of ideological and political education goal and the necessary supplement to the traditional cultural value of Chinese culture. At the same time, with comprehensive consideration rationality in the form and the essence of the two dimensions of characterization, the paper suggests that the rational content of ideological and political education should contain the three elements, named truth, emotion and norm, and it also offered details on building concrete way to construct the rational ideological and political education content from the three aspects of deepening the truth attribute of the content of ideological and political education, strengthening the emotional embedding of ideological and political education content, and envisioning the connotation of ideological and political education content.The third chapter, loyalty to law and establishment of belief of ideological and political educators. As the executor of law, whether judicial workers are loyal to the law is vital, and this directly relates to the realization of law and even the rule of law. This paper in accordance with the requirements of judicial workers loyal to the law, and points out that the significance of the ideological and political education to establish the educational belief is the prerequisite for the implementation of educational activities, to enhance the intrinsic motivation of professionalism,and to pursue the spiritual power of educational ideals. By applying the view of historical materialism, the paper further analyzes current situation and elements of the establishment of educational belief among the ideological and political educator, the paper offers solutions in three aspects, including the education belief set from the grasp of contemporary circumstances, and strengthen the education belief set of endogenous motivation and extension power.The fourth chapter, the right-oriented doctrine and the value orientation of ideological and political education. Any progress of the rule of law always accompanied by the liberation of rights.The right standard is not only the premise of the effective realization of the rule of law, but also the value orientation of the rule of law. According to this revelation, the paper insisted that the establishment of the value orientation of ideological and political education is of great significance to adhere to the guidance of Marxism, to the realization of educational value, and meet the development of the times. According to the specific connotation of rule of law, the paper emphasizes that the ideological and political education should also change the teaching thought of the compulsory standard, and should regulate the exercise of the power of the subject of education,and should pay attention to the effective realization of individual rights. Correspondingly, the establishment of the value orientation of the ideological and political education, should also focus on the educational idea of transforming the compulsory standard with the "people" as the main body of education; with the "people" as the purpose of education and regulate the power of the main body of education Exercise; with the "people" as the scale of education to overcome the narrow utilitarian orientation.The fifth chapter,the actively obey the law and optimization of subjective motivation accepted by ideological and political education. The effective implementation of the rule of law needs to turn the law into a moral obligation of the citizens, become law-abiding subjects under the control of their own free will and positive choices. From this point of view, the paper imply that acceptance of optimization of the internal motivation of ideological and political education is good for the promotion of the ideological and political quality of the social development of the subject, meanwhile this acceptance is the final requirement and guarantee of the realization of the goal of ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the intrinsic motivation elements of citizen's positive law-abiding��rational law-abiding cognition, law-abiding awareness and consciously law-abiding behavior. In addition, put forward on the basis that optimization of the internal main power acceptance of receiving subject can focus on the following three aspects:improve the subject cognitive level promotion, training, awareness of the rules of practice behavior.
