Marx's theory of income distribution is the distribution of the utopian socialist thought in the early critical inheritance,the distribution of the three big utopian socialist thoughts,and the social member distribution.Since Marx founded the theory of income distribution more than 150 years,he was attacked by the western bourgeois economists and had many negations.e.g.Mr Barwick,Samuelson and western bourgeois economists from different angles,use different theories and methods to criticize and negate Marx's labor theory of value and the theory of distribution according to work,but they have not been successful.Marx's theory of income distribution is a kind of scientific theory which has been proved by practice and has an important status in its distribution history.After new China was founded in 1949,facing the ruins in old China,and surrounded by hostile forces,such as US-led capitalism,we can't draw the lessons from the beneficial experience of construction of their countries.Under the condition of this era,Mao Zedong as the main representative of the central committee of the communist party of China had to learn the experience of country construction from Soviet Union,and the central committee of the communist party of China implemented the strategy of “one-sided” policy to learn from the Soviet “big brother”,following the example of the Soviet Union's highly centralized planned economic system and the system of single distribution according to work.During the early of foundation of new China,the completion of the “Three great reconstructions” made China to enter the socialist society and carry out socialism in our country.And China carried out the distribution system which reflected preferred communist factors and the combination of distribution according to work and the money wage in the field of income.Implementing such public ownerships of the means of production,supply system and wage,the practice of Marx's theory of income distribution in China has been further used and implemented.But because our country “pure and pure” system of public ownership and the “single” distribution according to work in practice has also exposed the disadvantages like the Soviet Union,the highly centralized,the lack of autonomy,low economic benefits,people's low living level,and the national income distribution areas lead to serious equalitarianism.The result is due to our copy of the Soviet model.At the same time,it is also because of Marx's theory of distribution theory according to work with some misunderstanding.Under the arouse the working enthusiasm of the Chinese people of all ethnic groups,but the results can only lead to “Commons” phenomenon in national income allocation.After the third plenary session of the eleventh,since the founding of new China we obtained a lot of achievements,but there are a lot of deficiencies.First,we broke the highly centralized planned economic system characterized by equalitarianism distribution according to work system in the period of planned economy.Our country implemented some systems,e.g.the basic economic system includes public ownership as the main body and a variety of ownership economy development together.The income distribution system includes the distribution according to work as the main body and the variety of modes of distribution coexist.From now on,our country all aspects gained a lot of development and progress by leaps and bounds.At present the economy of our country has become the second in the world,people's living standard has been improved constantly,every one's national income has more than 8000 dollars,belongs to middle income countries.But there exist many deficiencies,e.g.our country allows a wide variety of ownership economy develop together,all kinds of factors of production in the process of production has made a positive contribution,and got the corresponding reward.However,the phenomenon of “Strong Capital and Weak Labor” appeared in the first distribution of national income,the proportion of labor remuneration in the first distribution of national income is low,the proportion of people's income in national income distribution is low,it led to a social phenomenon,e.g.the country become rich and the poor become poor.And it led to the differentiation between the high and low income stratum.At the same time,the gap of income between urban and rural areas,the gap of regional income and industry income and social individual income is widening,if these problems are not solved,they will influence the harmony and stability of society.In summary,Marx's theory of income distribution in different historical periods of China's social practice,it gets rich and developed continuously,but it also appeared some twists and turns.In this context,I chose the sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution as a title of PhD thesis,the contents of the title contain the basic connotation of Marx's theory of income distribution,the main reasons of sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution,the evolution of the sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution,need to solve the problems of the sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution as well as the experiences and revelations of the sinicization of Marxist theory of income distribution as the main content for studying.Studying of this paper,it not only has a certain theoretical significance,but also has certain practical significance,these significance mainly displays in the following three aspects: First,deepen the understanding of the Marx's theory of income distribution has a certain meaning;Second,guiding the income distribution system reform at the present stage of our country has a certain theoretical significance;Third,helping to solve the problems of gap income distribution at the present stage of our country.Now I make simple introduction of the studying framework of this paper:1.The sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution,we need to grasp the basic connotations of Marx's theory of income distribution.It is the most important theoretical foundation of the sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution.This paper argues that the basic connotations of Marx's theory of income distribution.It mainly embodied in Marx's classical literature,which is mainly summarized in the following aspects: First,the mode of production is the unity of productive forces and production relations.Second,it is a prior to the production of “production conditions of the distribution”.Third,the production decides distribution.The ways of production decide the ways of distribution.The relations of production decide the relationship of distribution.The distribution has a certain reaction to production.Fourth,it is based on the theory of scientific labor value.The theory of labor value is the theoretical basis of value distribution,the distribution of surplus value must be based on labor theory of value.Fifth,the object of distribution according to work is not all the social products,it is the “surplus products” but the deduction of the compensation fund,the accumulation of funds,public consumption funds,reserve funds or insurance funds,production has nothing to do with the general management costs and relief funds.Sixth,the communist system of on-demand distribution is the most equitable distribution system;Seventh,“people-oriented” is the core of Marx's theory of income distribution.2.The sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution,we need to understand the basic basis of the sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution.This paper argues that the basic basis of Marx's theory of income distribution is mainly manifested in the following aspects: The First Section: the Soviet model had some drawbacks.First,a high degree of centralized planning economic management system lack of flexibility.Second,the proportion of industrial development imbalance led to the irrational pat tern of national economy.Third,the enthusiasm of the production of workers was not high,the spirit of the workers was not fully play.Fourth,the high concentration of the distribution right hindered the right of workers to participate in the distribution.Fifth,the distribution according to work in practice can't reflect the objective requirements disconnection of product supply and demand.Four,the wage level of workers is very low.Fifth,there was a serious egalitarianism in the wage of distribution.Six;the wage management system of the government is highly concentrated.It was too dead and too dying.The Third Section: the impact of Western mainstream economics values.Such as: the theory of factor value;the theory of innovative value;the impact of the distribution of factors.The Fourth Section: the objective requirements of the socialist market economy.Such as: the distribution according to work in the market economy is not the only way of distribution;the implement of market economic system demanded the distribution according to work to achieve diversification in form;under the condition of the market economy,distribution according to work must be through the form of commodity currency to perform.We can only make a thorough study of the sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution.We can distribution.Finally,the researches of this thesis came to the conclusion: Due to the different age has different social productive forces,we must use the development view to treat and develop Marx's theory of income distribution,we cannot use rigid,static and one-sided view to understand and develop Marx's theory of income distribution,at the same time,we also cannot do what we cannot do,we cannot divorce reality to develop Marx's theory of income distribution,if we do,this will result in failure in practice.E.g.Stalin's era in the Soviet Union and the period of China's Planning Economy,due to have not a realistic condition to carry out the theory of Marx's income distribution,but we copied the theory of the Marx's income distribution,in the end,it failed in practice.Since “the Reform and Opening”,we emancipated the mind,sought truth from facts and implemented basic economic systems and the income distribution systems different from Planning Economy Period,namely: the basic economic system included the public ownership as the main body and a variety of ownership economy,they developed together,the income distribution systems included Distribution According to Work as the main body and a variety of modes of distribution,they coexist.Although they liberated the productive forces,increased national income,improved people's living standard,but also they led to a widening income gap between residents.the result caused because of the sinicization of Marxist's theory of income distribution,that is,in practice,we not stick to distribution according to work as the main body,but mainly in favor of the variety of modes of distribution.Also because of the national income redistribution,the government's social security,financial transfer payment,taxing,they do not reach the designated position.So,no matter what,we should insist on Marx's theory of income distribution,unswervingly adhere to Marx's distribution according to work as the main body,in particular,Marx's income distribution theory guides the reform of the income distribution system of our country,it can form a fair income distribution system,otherwise,it can lead to the pattern of national income distribution with “Strong Capital and Weak Labor”,the income gap between residents become bigger and bigger.At the same time,we also should draw lessons from the capitalist countries about the experience and practice to solve the problem of income distribution gap,so that we should better to continuously promote the sinicization of Marx's theory of income distribution.
