Both classical justice and liberal justice view regard justice as the primary virtue of society.What is justice?The ancient thinkers,politicians from all this are according to their position to establish a different theory of justice.For the important concept of"justicet",Marx in his own theory has also made a corresponding exposition.But unlike other philosophers,Marx is not only just the topic focus of the discussion,his idea of justice more than scattered in his philosophical works.Also because of this,some western scholars put forward the "Marx believes the proposition that capitalism is justice",and thinks that Marx rejects justice,so that Marx did not own justice this conclusion.In the academic debate core forty years-Wood Tucker proposition is the problem in the field of.Through my research,I think that Marx has his own view of justice,the essence of which is based on the position of the proletariat and the distribution justice based on historical materialism,its basic connotation is that the mode of distribution of capitalism is unjust,and the distribution justice in socialist society is also historic.Finally,Marx established the principle of distribution according to need to achieve the transcendence of classical justice and liberalism.
