A Study On The Construction Of Modern Governance System Of Cpc In The Perspective Of Marxist Political Philosophy

Political parties are political organizations founded to seize,maintain or influence the power of the state,and the governance of political party is the essence of modern national governance.The Communist Party of China(CPC)is the advocate,leader and facilitator of the modernization of China's national governance.With the modernization of governance,the governance concepts and theories of the Party are constantly innovating in the political development in which the Party's governance system is transformed from tradition to modernity.From the perspective of political philosophy,modern governance system of the Party's Marxist political philosophy connotation is an interactive and promotive organic system of its internal elements,which is based on political governance practices of subjectivity(the Party's core subjectivity and pluralistic subjectivity),powered by Marxist practical rationality,guided by socialist political civilization,contented by the core value of socialism,winged by institutional rationality and value rationality,appealed by sharing the basic values of fairness and justice of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and aimed at the realization of popularity.This research mainly analyzes popularity,core subjectivity,pluralistic subjectivity,institutional rationality and value rationality,which are the interactive and unified five dimensions to construct the Party's modern governance system.In order to delve into the essence of the construction of modern governance system of the Party's Marxist political philosophy,this research starts from the text interpretation of Marxist classical writers first,to reveal the unification of class nature and popularity of proletariat political party in the political practice by tracing the theoretical origin of the proletariat political party's governance.On this basis,it analyzes the construction of the Party's traditional governance system and its positive and negative effects,which include: the establishment of the guiding role of the Marxist provides the thought origin to the construction of the Party's governancesystem,and Mao Zedong Thought forms its logical starting point;however,the unified leadership system of the Party and the formation of its traditional governance in the period of revolution have come down in one continuous line,which provides a historical review for the formation of its traditional governance and its experience and lessons.Since the reform and opening up,the implementation of market economic system reform has provided the logical impetus and theoretical innovation for the tradition-modern transformation of the Party's governance system.Deng Xiaoping theory has completed the reconstruction from the traditional closure to the modern open and inclusive governance system;the Theory of Three Represents has provided theoretical guidance for the construction of modern political party;the Scientific Outlook on Development has realized the innovation and transcendence of China's modern governance model;Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has provided the latest fundamental guidance for the construction of the modern governance system of the Party.Based on that,this study further analyzes the practical basis of the turn faced by the construction of the Party's modern governance system.It mainly covers the “shape” of the Party's core dominance,multivariate function of subjectivity and the promotion of rationalization of the system and the rational turn of value in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the transformation of theoretical innovation and practical foundation,there are a series of factors influencing the construction of the party's modern governance system.The research explores the challenges that must face when constructing the modern governance by analyzing the multiple challenging factors in the construction of the modern governance system,namely,by analyzing the erosion of political subject authority legitimacy,the insufficiency of inter-party collaboration,the lack of standardization between party and government,the absence of self-consistency between the party and society,and the problems of inner tension and mutual reciprocal between the Party and foreign organizations.It is necessary to discuss the value orientation and logical framework when analyzing the basic conditions and specific paths of constructing the Party's modern governance system.It must reflect the logic main line of popularity of system construction and highlight the core power of the Party's subjectivity of system construction,but also attaches great importance to the synergy of pluralisticsubjectivity of the Party's modern governance system construction.What's more,the basic guarantee of institutional rationality and the political ideal of value rationality should be strengthened.Under the value orientation and logic framework,scientific methodology must be insisted on when constructing the modern governance system of the Party;the pluralistic and unified ideological and cultural foundation be formed;the social governance pattern that jointly constructed,governed and shared by the pluralistic subjects be created to produce the co-governance effect;institutional development and rational transition be promoted to form a new institutional foundation;and the multidimensional nature of good governance be highlighted to build the value basis for constructing the modern governance system of the Party.
