Theory Of Intuitive Decision-making & Application In Police Task

Intuitive decision-making is a scientific way of making decisions, which is based on the constitution and experience, and refers to information, emotional, decision-making environment and so on. It gives an overall grasp of problems through estimating circumstances, and minimizes the error, make the ultimate quick decision. It has wide use in practice, especially in the public security work. With the development of information and communications technology, intuitive decision-making has played a major role in dealing with the complicated situation.The first section, the significance and purpose of this study is illustrated in the article. The second section, the Intuitive origin and related theory are explored in brief in the study. In the third section, the author analyse vital function of intuitive decision-making in both domestic and international police task. Particularly the application in anti-terrorism, criminal investigation, public crisis, border control, police command and team development, and the study embodies the importance of the intuitive decision-making ability in police task.The fourth section, intuitive decision-making factors are analyzed by rigorous experiment.The study takes"exit and entry personnel checking" as a example and analyze factors how to influence intuitive decision-making by questionnaire. The factors include gender, age, marital status, rank, educational background, professional, work environment, shift mechanism and other factors. Then the author also did experiment by "experts-novic" to confirm the intuition in the objective existence of public security work the in police work, and rational decision was comparative analysis of the advantages.In the fifth section, based on the research of intuitive decision-making theory and the experiment, this study set up the theory of frontier inspection intuition decision-making primarily. The article takes classic intuitive decision-making theory to go by, and takes "exit and entry personnel checking" circumstances as an experiment background. Intuitive decision-making of the circumstance is analyzed by Mathematical logic and the character is concluded as a mathematical, model-based, systematic method. The author creatively propose border police intuitive decision-making model of behavior—Non-cooperative dynamic game model, and set up a mathematical model of frontier inspection intuition decision-making.Finally, article illustrates the police intuitive decision-making ability from many angles. This includes knowledge accumulation and theoretical framework, information and experience of sublimation, courage and perseverance and self-censorship and repeated summary, etc.Overall, through research of intuitive decision-making theory and its application in public security work, the author confirms that the existence of the intuitive decision-making in public security work widely and summarizes the intuitive decision-making in the essential nature of police work.
