This study, which chose the university teachers' performance compensation structure as the research object and selected D university for a high-level university typical case analysis, has adopted a variety of methods such as, case analysis, qualitative research method, questionnaire investigation and interview method and comparative research method, to give a detailed analysis on the research object. On the basis of the national macroscopical policy, the study reconstructed the structure of university teachers' performance compensation, expecting to achieve the purpose of deepening the reform of university teachers'performance compensation.This study which centered on the reconstruction of the university teachers' performance compensation structure model has reached the following conclusions:1. The research on the university teachers' performance compensation is becoming a hot issue in the academic research.2. The reconstruction of the university teachers' performance compensation structure model must strictly base on the national university teachers' performance compensation policy and law.3. The reconstruction of the university teachers' performance compensation structure model must conform to the the characteristics of high level university performance compensation development.4. The reconstruction of the university teachers' performance compensation structure model must accord with the components of performance compensation 5. The reconstruction of the university teachers' performance compensation structure model must coincide with the JiFenJiDian framework 6.The theory on the reconstruction of the university teachers' performance compensation structure model is of great significance both in theory and in practice. This study's main policy value lies in putting forward the relevant advice on university teachers' performance compensation policy. The major innovation point of this research, basing on the national university teachers' performance compensation policy and a high-level university case analysis, is to analyse the original structure model of university teachers' performance compensation meticulously, find out problems, and finally reconstruct the model of university teachers' performance compensation structure, and establish the structure of university teachers' performance compensation-JiFenJiDian system-JiaoFenJiDian system, YanFenJiDian system and SheFenJiDian system, so as to realize the reconstruction of university teachers' performance compensation structure.In addition, this research also creatively established the P-C model diagram,the P-S model as well as the integration model of university teachers' performance compensation, to achieve a more comprehensive and detailed reconstruction of the university teachers'performance compensation structure model. Using matrix analysis method, the study analysed the reconstruction of the university teachers' performance compensation structure model targetedly.
