The development of knowledge economy promotes knowledge management. Knowledge is made up of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Ii is an important discussion in knowledge management realm to strengthen the transformation; translation and usage of tacit knowledge. This thesis focuses on the knowledge management of high school, because higher—educational institutions are the cradle of intellectuals and the fountain of knowledge innovation, teachers of the Higher-educational institution are the owner, the sewer and innovator of knowledge. Therefore, research on promoting the transformation of knowledge management in high school is significant to strengthen high school knowledge management and service for the three tragedies.Studying from knowledge management and the transformation of tacit knowledge, this research expurgates the connotation and behavior of tacit knowledge in high school and teachers, as well as the process of transferring the tacit knowledge in terms of the execution of teaching, researcher and serving the society. This thesis makes a descriptive exposition about the influence factors during the transformation of tacit knowledge of the teacher in the Higher-educational Institution, then forms a theory frame based on case study.In demonstration part, based on the status of tacit knowledge management transformation by investigating three high school in JiangSu province, this thesis offers a direction of digging, transforming and sharing on the tacit knowledge in high school in terms of individual, team and organization.
