Research Of The Undergraduate Tacit Knowledge Transformation Based On Blog

With the rapid developing of computer technology and web technology, it has a great change in our way of life. In order to help our students to adapting this change, we must have an reform in the way of our learning and teaching. In author's opinion by combine blog and knowledge management theory, the two are being paid more and more attention by educators, can provide a advantaged condition for teaching and learning, especially in explicit and construct the student's tacit knowledge. There are two knowledge which students obtain, one is explicit knowledge, the other is tacit knowledge.what most educators want is expelicit students's tacit knowledge.The author has done some practice in applying blog into foreign langnage teaching. And on the other side the author has analyzed the modle of SECI which is on the theory of knowledge management. Then the author got that by combin the tool of blog and the theory of konwledge management can provide advantage conditions for students's knowledge construct.Therefore this thesis will analyse the advantage and some obstacles in use this new model in foreign language teaching .
