The curriculum is the foundation of realize the training goal,which is the prerequisite of the teaching plan implementation.The national education department has clear requirements for the construction and development of the curriculum,requiring schools and educational institutions to continuously strengthen the research and exploration of courses,continue to deepen the curriculum reform,enhance the effectiveness and practicability of the curriculum,promote the school education and teaching objectives in order to the healthy development of school education.Table tennis course is not only an organic part of college physical education.but also the guarantee of get the goal of teaching.Whether the preparation of table tennis curriculum is scientific and reasonable not only determines the effect and efficiency of table tennis teaching in colleges and universities,but also deterrmines the soundness of college physical education curriculum system.Therefore,the study of the optimization of table tennis curriculum in colleges and universities not only helps to improve the practice of table tennis teaching in colleges and universities,but also accelerates the reform and innovation of table tennis teaching.It also helps to improve and enrich the curriculum system of college physical education development.Used the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,structural analysis and free vocabulary association,this paper,based on the theory of sports,pedagogy,psychology,action development,sociology and so on,do the research of Liaoning province colleges and universities table tennis curriculum theory and practice,so as to two-way multi-dynamic mode to build a set of college table tennis curriculum optimization program,in order to lay the theoretical foundation for the reasonable and scientific development of college table tennis curriculum,and promote the sustained and healthy development of the college table tennis curriculum.The research is divided into two parts:the first part is the study of the present situation of the table tennis course in the provincial colleges and universities,which is divided into two aspects:the compilation of the table tennis curriculum in Liaoning province and the reflection on the teaching practice.The second part is the optimization of the table tennis course in provincial colleges and universities,and explores the four steps from the theoretical basis of optimization,the basic principles,the basis way and the construction of the curriculum optimization program.The results show:(1)Table tennis course implementation steps is a gradual transfer process from country to student.In the process of curriculum development,students' demands are not paid enough attention.At the same time,students can not fully understand,recognize and accept teaching information,which leads to the poor teaching effect of table tennis curriculum,which restricts the development of school physical education.Specifically,there are mainly deficiencies in the following areas:? Curriculum objectives,although the overall comparison of students,the classroom performance is also good,but the understanding of the objectives of the curriculum is not clear.This leads directly to their lower level of participation in the program;lower athletic skills target positioning(to cater to student interest),the value of table tennis skills can not be fully reflected;teachers focus on social adaptation goals;mental health difficult to assess.? Course content,the course content selection is relatively conservative,the skills of the table tennis skills to teach and learn too much attention,and the level of students with the cognitive level is not close enough.Practice teaching content basically does not exist effective distinction,the difficulty of increasing the hierarchical set in name only.In the aspect of theory,the arrangement can not meet the requirements of the new "outline" on the amount of time in sports theory education;the theoretical knowledge arrangement can not match the"fitness and cultural combination" which is required in the national "outline".? Curriculum implementation,used the current teaching methods of explain and practice.Those are the relatively traditional teaching methods.Students want to master the skills of the progress.They said the course is more boring,not strong;hope to enhance the teaching means of scientific and technological content;curriculum organization mainly for the focus on the narrative and grouping exercises two,detained routine;curriculum process control,teachers And students understand the differences between the larger.? Curriculum evaluation,the evaluation system is not perfect.The evaluation of the students,the curriculum evaluation rules,the final assessment methods and score evaluation is not perfect,in addition to the teacher evaluation of students,basically do not use self-evaluation,mutual evaluation and other evaluation means;evaluation methods for teachers is not easy to implement,the majority of university statistics Can not reflect the good education activities to carry out the situation.(2)Table tennis courses and student cognition there is a clear disjoint phenomenon,both have their own structural system,not too much intersection.Mainly in the following areas:? Among the 36182 nodes given by 2198 students,there are few nodes that are directly connected with the structure of the curriculum.They are only "healthy","leisure and entertainment","social communication","fitness and fitness" "Body sculpture" "mental health" "self-cultivation" "achievements and success" "will quality" and "examination".? The existence of the curriculum structure,but the lack of effective communication of students nodes "development of individual will quality" "improve their own personality""good behavior habits" "good way of life" "good attitude towards life" "right view of cooperation and competition".(3)There is a "positive attitude" and "improvement friendship" in the node where the student's cognitive structure exists,but the nodes that do not appear in the structure of the curriculum are "positive attitude" and "developing level".In view of this,the main suggestions and strategies are put forward:(1)The optimization of table tennis course in Liaoning province should adopt the dynamic model of two-way pluralism.Consider the "top-down" school starting point and the "bottom-up" student starting point in both directions to communicate and connect.(2)We should construct a curriculum optimization program that conforms to the development of the table tennis curriculum combined with the students' cognitive level.
