Table tennis is known as China's "sport", for many years, our table tennis team has been a leading position in the world, train a large number of outstanding athletes, also created a series of brilliant achievements. Along with the development of the sport of the table tennis athietes, the quality also put forward higher request, and young children are in the physical development of sensitive period, this same period organism's growth has its own inevitable regulation with and command these laws for their future, can the development of the physical qualities make a solid foundation for conveying good backup talents state.At present I have access to from all papers, according to documents and material to see table tennis teaching research average middle and primary school is very few, basically for some higher schools or amateur players such as schools students or investigation and research, primary and middle school students in ordinary table tennis teaching or the blank, another I also like sports teaching in this industry, especially the table tennis teaching aspects, therefore this thesis mainly from average middle and primary school table tennis teaching, combining with modern teaching means, teaching research in ordinary schools teaching ball, preliminary exploration in the application of ball teaching in middle school teaching effect of table tennis teaching. In order to achieve the desired objectives, used the literature material method, the questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method, through studying the following conclusions:(1) on students' development as the center, takes student's main body status. The students in the process of learning table tennis technology by using many balls training method, and the many balls teaching and single ball teaching organically, and help better establish correct technical movement concept, improving the utilization of classroom effective time. (2) many balls teaching has its own characteristics, children's training ball to build more correct action representation and motion perception, form the correct mental orientauon, promote the formation of power to finalize the design, improve the reaction rate and quality of will of athletes training. (3) teaching experimental results show that the experimental group in the table tennis skills assessment results, obviously better than control group, the teaching effect was significant difference. Through the questionnaire investigation of the students in the reflection, further shows the ball teaching, not only can promote students table tennis technical control, but also can improve students' other aspects ability and knowledge of mastery. Therefore, we in the table tennis course adopts many balls teaching, the teaching effect is remarkable, give full play to the advantage of the modern teaching means, accord with the requirement of the development of teaching reform. (4) teaching experiments, students to adopt a positive affirmation of ball teaching attitude, say so multimedia assisted teaching in sports theory knowledge than the conventional teaching method in its unique advantage, still can obtain good teaching effect.Finally Suggestions are as follows:(1) ball exercises in some extent, is a very effective way to practice, but ordinary high school students is relatively low technical level, so should be used in training method with other teaching object distinguish, usually in many balls after training rouiine, arrange a certain time, otherwise the single training ball can produce adverse consequences. (2) many balls practice intensity and the difficulty in practice many high, teachers should pay special attention to the ball to exercise control. Because the average middle school students are relatively poor physical qualities, if master is bad, can cause students local burden, so that excessive fatigue. More exercise training ball with the master, should not be whether physical limit for the standard, close to see athletes should be whether correct action to keep practicing. Group number, intensity is moderate, intermittent short training ball more than the number of groups big, strength, intermittent training ball longer to finalize the design better effects. Formed powerI think the present Chinese ordinary middle school sports teaching should be in the existing teaching mode, and on the basis of the teaching methods of further deepening, to find out more on the table tennis fans for each stage of training methods, especially for ordinary primary and middle school students teaching methods, because the only way to the table tennis training for our country more and more excellent athletes.
