The use of "Internet plus" in education has led to major changes in education.The personalization of learning is an important part of the education revolution.Personalized learning can effectively stimulate learners' personal ability, which is consistent with the training goals of the university. Using the Internet and digital innovation, it is the mission of the information age online education for each student to customize their own personalized learning resources. However, obtain and make use of the resources of college students in not really realize the personalized: a huge number of online resources and the contradiction between the college students blindly without specific retrieval; Inefficient use of these resources to create waste of resources; There is no real vision for customization, personalization, interactivity learning, etc. Based on the relevant theoretical basis, we have constructed the BCLRHK model for individualized online learning resources for college students.This paper is composed of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,elaborating the research background and the question. Domestic and foreign research status; Research content, framework, and research methods; Research meaning and innovation; Chapter 2 as the core concept definition and theoretical basis, mainly to the individualized learning, online resources, push model to explain the core concepts,and expounds the multiple intelligences, personalized learning, unicom, humanistic,etc. The theoretical implications of this study. In the third chapter, the present situation and demand investigation analysis of online learning resources for college students are mainly introduced in the survey design. Questionnaire and reliability analysis; The investigation; Analysis of the results of the survey. Subjects include:college students, colleges and universities teaching teachers, college online resource management, push the teacher resources, the informatization office of the department,network management center of teacher education technology center, etc. Using the SPSS to statistical analysis of the results of the investigation in detail, summed up the college students oriented personalized online learning resources to push the status quo and demand situation, lay a foundation for the construction of the model. The fourth chapter for the personalized online learning resources to push model construction of college students, contains model design concept, build basis, design principle, model building, the various elements of the model analysis, etc. Characteristics of learners,dynamic resource database, personalized online learning environment, resources,organization, resource, push, push platform, resources to push, push technology resources, safeguard mechanism and so on nine big elements are analyzed in detail.Chapter 5 for college students' personalized learning resources online push model application analysis, through the empirical study further proves the applicability and rationality of the model. Finally, the component and application of BCLRHK model are summarized, and the follow-up research on the application of BCLRHK model for students' personalized resources is pointed out.The main research implications of this paper are as follows:The BCLRHK model is designed to provide real resources for college students to learn. We discussed how to build a personalized online learning resource for college students, and analyzed the application of the model.Solve the information that college students face in their rich network resources.Solve the contradiction between the high amount of network resources and the high efficiency and personalized learning of university students. Based on the mass and college students' network resources efficiently and the contradiction between the personalized learning as a starting point, delves into the push form of network resources, using BCLRHK push model online learning resources, make the students'individualized learning effectively.Finally,it provides a reference model and application method for the solution of resource push problem in colleges and universities. Conducted empirical research-three colleges in universities, eight professional, 323 college students of the university physics curriculum in applied experiments, for the construction of a detailed analysis of the application of the model, for high school students' personalized resources push to provide reference.
