Mongolian culture has a long history which is extensive and profound.It has gone through more than thousand years of development.As a kind of cultural phenomenon,Mongolian traditional culture is the ideological and political education,including practice of traditional Mongolian social ideology,ethical value,mode of thinking and complex aesthetic orientation.It fully reflects the Mongolian customs,moral,psychological and living law which maintains social order and promotes the traditional Mongolian.When we specialized the ideological and political education of Mongolian,we realized traditional culture is the cultural education,edification and cultivation process,with a heritage of national vitality,the important function of the formation of national cohesion,which belongs to the “Ideological and political education culture” category.From seventh Century to thirteenth Century,the Mongolian formation of this specific historical process at the beginning of the development to its peak,the Mongols created its own unique cultural form of Ideological and political education.This cultural phenomenon,whether it is from the point of view or the perspective of civil ruling class,it
