The Study On The Relationship Between Population Migration And Regional Economic Development In Northeast China

The unbalanced development of regional economy is still the main trend of China's future economic development,especially when the China's market economy has been basically established.And population migration and regional economic development has a close relationship,developed.As the important old industrial base in China,region of Northeast China has made tremendous contributions to economic development since the founding of the state There are theoretical value and realistic significance to study the interactive relationship between the economic development and population migration of Northeast China under the background of the obvious economic downturn.From the view of the country's GDP growth rate,the Chinese economy presents the fastest in the west,followed by the central,the eastern slowdown,the weakest characteristics of the Northeast.in 2016.Since 2012,the economic growth continued to decline,lower than the national average in Northeast China,which has aroused the community attention and discussion.With the continuous decline in economic growth,the Northeastern China from the net population moved to the net move out,a large number of population relocation threatened and restricted the economic development of the Northeast China.However,the research results of mutual effect and restriction of the two systems are fewer in academic,and most of the study discuss how the population migration affect the regional economic development only.According to the population census data in 1990,2000,and 2010,ESDA,Spatial Overlay Analysis and Backwards are employed to analysis the relationship between the economic development and population migration in Northeast China.This paper is divided into six parts:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background and significance,the train of thought,innovation and the structure.The second chapter defines the concept of immigration rate,emigration rate,net migration rate and regional migration,and introduces the theory of population migration,human capital and regional economic development.In the meanwhile,.this paper summarizes the correlation studies for domestic and overseas,and then analyzes the general interactions between population migration and economic development in theory.The third chapter aims to analyze the population distribution tendency and the current situation of economic growth.Firstly,the overall tendency,population distribution changes between the inter-regions and city-rural in China are teased.And then,the population distribution changes in Northeast China is analyzed from the point of the characteristic of population changes and population spatial pattern evolution.At last,the economy of Northeast China is recommended in this chapter.The fourth chapter teased the long course of history of population migration in Northeast China firstly.After that,the characteristic of population migration is summarized according to organize the data,including the quantity,distribution characteristics,properties of age and sex and the qualities of migrants etc.The last,this paper puts forward the migration spatial pattern in Northeast China,being external migration for urban agglomeration of emigration,internal migration for geographical of immigration and the agglomerated-mode of economic oriented for urban-rural migration.The fifth chapter is quantitative analysis.The index system of population migration and regional economic development are built firstly,calculating the correlation of the two system according the gray correlation model.Then,the measure model of interactions between the system of population migration and regional economic development in Northeast China is built to analysis the fifth and sixth population census on the basis of the existing correlation between the two systems.And meanwhile,the solutions for population and economic development problem in Northeast China are put forward.The sixth chapter aims to summarize the paper,including the main conclusions of the paper,innovation and deficiencies.Major conclusion can be drawn as follows:(1)The population in Northeast China moved from a net migration during the fourth population census to a net relocation of the six population census.(2)Population migration is generally at the stage of rural-town.(3)The driving force of population migration is complex,but the economy is the main driving force.(4)The demographic dividend has not been disappeared.(5)The immigrant population in the Northeast China mainly belongs to the geo-introduction and the phenomenon of recent immigration is in accordance with the Law of Ravinstein.(6)The population migration in Northeast China has gradually expanded its economic growth and needs to be taken precautions.
