In modern times,with the intensification of the national crisis,some people of insight issued the voice of education and salvation,in order to save the shaky ruling building,the Qing government had to follow the historical trend,in the Chinese land set off a new education,Thus the Chinese education into the modern track.This paper explores the concussion and conflict caused by the teaching reform in the Heilongjiang region during the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China from the perspective of regional history in order to make the study more deeply and meticulously and comprehensively.On the basis of actively drawing lessons from previous research results and collecting papers,newspapers and periodicals and archives,this paper systematically expounds and analyzes the teaching reform in Heilongjiang area from 1905 to 1931.The first chapter introduces the origin,purpose,method and content of this study.This study belongs to the study of regional history.In the past,regional history research paid more attention to economically developed areas and political centers,ignoring the study of border areas,and the study of education and teaching in modern Heilongjiang area will help us to understand the picture of modern China.The second chapter introduces the social development of Heilongjiang in modern times.At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the early part of the Heilongjiang region in the political,economic and educational fields have undergone tremendous changes.In the political field,from the military system to the provincial system changes make Heilongjiang administrative arrangements and the mainland convergence,in the process of implementing the New Deal,the people's political participation awareness,start the process of political modernization.In the economic field,agriculture began from the natural economy to the commercial transition,the construction of the Middle East Railway led to industrial development,the emergence of large cities to promote business prosperity.In the field of education,official school decline,private school gradually,the imperial examinations,pregnant with a greater educational reform.The third chapter introduces the history of Heilongjiang school in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.The historical development process of primary school,middle school,normal school,industrial(vocational)school and special school in Heilongjiang province during the lateQing Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty was described in detail,and the outline of Heilongjiang education was outlined.The fourth chapter discusses the specific contents of the curriculum reform of Heilongjiang in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.The training objectives,subject settings,textbooks,teaching methods,teaching evaluation to elaborate and detailed analysis.The fifth chapter discusses the reform of teaching subject in Heilongjiang province at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China.With the rise of new education,the Heilongjiang region has a new group of intellectuals-teachers and students groups,this chapter on its basic situation,which represents the character and group characteristics of the analysis and discussion.The sixth chapter discusses the reform of teaching management in Heilongjiang in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.Teaching management is divided into three main areas:student management,teacher management,school management.Student management gradually standardized and institutionalized.Teacher management gradually scientific and professional.School management gradually nationalized.The last part of the overall study of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China to review the teaching reform.Teaching reform is closely related to social background and regional culture.The foundation of teaching reform lies in the evolution of the school,the teaching reform is holistic,the result of the interaction between the teaching elements,the teaching reform needs the supportive support,the innovation of the teaching management bear the brunt.In short,1905-1931 in the Heilongjiang region set off the Xing school movement is not a thorough education reform movement.Due to historical,political,economic and cultural conditions,this period of Heilongjiang Province,the cause of education is still very imperfect,behind other areas.However,after years of efforts,the initial formation of a more systematic new education system,cultivate a large number of social needs of new talent.They promoted the modernization of politics,economy,culture and education in Heilongjiang.
