Population is a rich overall within a number of behavior, relationship, hierarchy and structure.With the effect of China’s family planning policy appeared gradually for these years, China’s total population tends to be stable,but the population structure still has some deficiencies.The population structure is closely linked with the development of economy and society,a balanced population structure can help promote the healthy development of economy,reduce social contradictions,promote the harmany development of society.However,an imbalanced population structure will restrict the sustainable development of economy,cause many social problems,influence the social stability.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the coordinated degree between the population structure and economy society,so that a theoretical basis for the adaptive adjustment between the two systems can be constructed.This paper divides the population structure into five sub structures.The five sub structures are sex structure of population,age structure of population,eduction structure of population, industrial structure of population,the urban and rural structure of population.Firstly,this paper analyzed the change of the population structure and the conditions of economy and society in Heilongjiang Province,summarized the benefits and deficiencies of the population structure and the economy society development.Secondly,this paper established a coupling analysis model of the population structure and the economy society development with the method of combining analytic hierachy analysis and grey correlative analysis.In the use of analytic hierarchy analysis,this article respectively calculated the weight of each regional economic and social development indicator according to the different influence of each sub population structure in different economy and society areas.Thirdly,this paper calculated the coupling degree between the population structure and different indicators of economic and social development through the established coupling analysis model,and then made a clustering analysis of the coupling analysis results with the method of K-means clustering analysis.The coupling relationship between the population structure and economy society development is divided into four categories:the coordinative coupling,the running coupling,the antagonistic coupling and the low-level coupling.The coupling analysis result shows that the coupling level between the population structure and regional economic development indicators in Heilongjiang Province are generally high,the coupling relationship between the population structure and indicators of science,education,culture and public healthwhich are closely linked with people’s life is in the running coupling stage.It shows that the social development level in Heilongjiang Province is being adapted to the change of the population structure.However,the coupling level between the population structure and the economic development is relatively low.Especially,the coupling levels between the output value of three industries and the population structure are all quite low.It shows that the economic development and the population structure in Heilongjiang Province has not formed a cohesive force yet.It also shows that the industry develop in Heilongjiang Province hasn’t taken the full use of the potential value of humen resource.The economic development model of Heilongjiang Province is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.At last,aiming at the problems from the coupling analysis,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to the macroscopic readjustment and control of the population,economy and society in Heilongjiang Province.
