In the Eighteenth Congress,the Communist Party of China established the “Fostering Morality and Cultivating People ”as the fundamental task of education for the first time,to accomplish and fulfill the magnificent and consecrate mission,and also as a mater of Chinese civilization,people's well-being,powerful national rising,educational revitalization,scientific and technological progress as well as cultural prosperous.It's of great significance to study on the culture of fostering morality and cultivating people in universities.For education in universities,fostering morality and cultivating people in the calibration of the direction,the establishment of the target,the innovation of mode,and the design of regime not only decides its future and fate as well as its quality for talents cultivation and strength for science and technology,and culture,but also indicates value orientation,spiritual pursuit and ultimate concern more clearly.The study on the culture of fostering morality and cultivating people of universities is the fundamental task of studying on how to accomplish fostering morality and cultivating people through cultural construction under the thought of Marxist Anthropology.From the perspective of Marx's anthropology,the study on the culture of fostering morality and cultivating people of universities is firstly based on the guidance of methodology and a more scientific and more authoritative theoretical support to ensure the direction of value of the research.Secondly,it is based on the reality of "Humanological Dialectics" in the past education of universities,especially on the experience and lessons in the talents cultivation.Morality lost not only lofty,but roots because of the constraint from inertial thinking of taking “Shi ”(select a talent)in traditional education since the birth of Chinese universities,the educational dissimulation under the oppression of the state,economic and political campaign after the founding of New China,as well as the negative effects from market economy,the losses of direction to fall into the mire of secularization and trap in the utilitarianism,the obscured of people cultivation and dissimulation of human by implement in some places and schools after the Reform and Opening-up.Finally,it is based on urgent demands of new talents with high morality and ideals with the strengthening of the country.It is hard to inherit great achievements without high qualified successors and builders.From the perspective of anthropology to research problems,we'd better strive to make university education return to its origin---person,return to its nature---education,and accomplish the fundamental task---cultivation.It is the core value pursuit of this study.From culture,the basis and ideas of the study on fostering morality and cultivating people in universities is,firstly,because of the guidance of Marxist Cultural Theory.Its core spirit and value pursuit is a kind of organic unified theory of social history including free and well-rounded development of people,abundance of human spirit,progress of culture and development of society,and has practical significance for us to cognize and grasp many conflicts in the development human society today,various problems of social development and value of apathy leaded by boycott of technical rationality and bloated,from the realm of necessity to the realm of freedom,as well as cultivate and enhance the cohesion between socialist system and cultural value.Secondly,it is based on the logic of culture,which deepens into the essence of things beyond the limitations of various cognition.All of them,understanding the theoretical value of fostering morality and cultivating people,contemporary significance and countermeasure in the process of implementation,play an important role in the methodology.Thus,the study on the culture of fostering morality and cultivating people in universities,firstly originating from the value appeal,the research output and the development course of Marxist Anthropology and Marxist Cultural Theory,closely integrates with the analysis of practical problems involved to form the ideas and frameworks of the research.It contains two parts.The former four chapters focus on discussion about” what kind of morality to foster ” and “what kind of people to cultivate ”.Based on the main ideas of Marx's anthropology with eyes in nature,life,body,livelihood,civil and other fields,from the relationship between the category theory of foster morality and the natural connotation of cultivate people,the culture of life,the culture of moral education,the culture of intellectual education,etc.have been established,which contains the Party's educational policy,moral education,physical education,artistic education and some other major elements.The guidance of anthropology and the perspective of culture ensure people first,moral education first and the height of fostering morality and cultivating people in cultural construction,as well as systematically answer what is fostering morality,what is cultivating people and what kind of morality to foster and people to cultivate.The later part centers on “how to foster morality”and “how to cultivate students” in universities to open up the discussion.From the perspective of culture,the study on how to foster morality and how to cultivate students has surpassed the past technical and stylized methods and measures to explore from more natural and more profound level through the value,idea,spirit,strategy of the concrete countermeasures.Therefore,three chapters including spiritual culture,institutional culture and material culture of fostering morality and cultivating people in universities have been decided.The spiritual culture contains educational philosophy,spirit and purpose of the universities,it gives doctrinal evidence from the dimension of anthropology without staying on the level of general measures and technical designs.Institutional culture,on the basis of analysis of process of transforming from regulate,management to govern,focuses on expounding the cultural problems behind institution from the the level of institutional value pursuit,efficiency,management style,governance system governance capacity and university statutes,and answers the questions about the university institution and institutional cultural in grasping the direction of fostering morality and cultivating people,promoting and improving of the regime and capacity,beyond the scope of general institutional design,range,framework and implementation.The chapter of material culture in universities,according to the consensus of domestic academic community,on the basis of limited scope,is concentrated on discussion about the main factors of how to foster morality and cultivate people in material culture,which defines the connotation of course,subjects(major),teaching staff,and environmental technical culture,governance concepts,value pursuit,construction direction,construction strategy,and basic methods,as well as emphasizes the principle served for academic freedom and comprehensive development,and overall planning,synergy and integration of resources in implementation.Especially,it notices the situation of the development of information technology and the influence and efficiency of material culture in universities,and puts forward the specific ideas and countermeasures.The final conclusion of this research is that the national rejuvenation relies on a new generation cultivated by universities with high morality and innovation;Training newcomers should be in literacy---morality fostered in cultural development and people cultivated in moral environment!...
