Preschool children with disabilities are a member of the community social group.Nowadays the party and the government pay more and more attention to preschool rehabilitation for disabled children and preschool education work.Under this background,building a set of scientific,strong operability of preschool children with disabilities sports rehabilitation course has important significance.This study of preschool children with disabilities "Whole-Person Development" as the breakthrough point,the integrated use of literature analysis,comparative research,survey research methods,such as constructing the rehabilitation course of preschool children with disabilities movement theory,and using the method of action research,mathematical statistics,carries on the practice of the theory test.Specific research contents and results are as follows:Firstly,literature analysis.Preschool children with disabilities rehabilitation work in western developed countries have the perfect legal protection,diverse patterns,rich in rehabilitation method,comprehensive evaluation method,etc.Preschool children with disabilities rehabilitation work in China have made some achievements,but the overall research level gap is larger compared with western developed countries.Secondly,perspective analysis."Whole-Person Development" of modern rehabilitation demands more and more obvious.It requires motor recovery initiative for rehabilitation target permanent,all-round contents,ways,such as developmental evaluation connotation.In this perspective,the movement of preschool children with disabilities should pay attention to the status of sports discipline rehabilitation course,stressed under the environment of school,family,community and other active body exercise,make the foundation of preschool children with disabilities action ability,fitness,and fully improve the cognitive and social skills.Thirdly,current situation investigation.The rehabilitation institutions of preschool children with disabilities in China increased year by year.But due to lack of exercise rehabilitation course of theoretical research and practical experience,preschool children with disabilities sports rehabilitation course appeared in the process of operation standard is not unified,the lack of teaching materials,simple evaluation methods.To alleviate sports rehabilitation theory and practice cannot meet the needs of the disabled children,parents,unit urgently,need,based on the perspective of all-round development,build a set of scientific,operational stronger sports rehabilitation program.Fourth,theory construction."Whole-Person Development" as the guidance,combined with literature analysis and expert opinion,determine the humanistic theory of philosophy,the biology of human development theory of the ecological system theory,psychology,sociology,to adapt to the physical theory of cognitive development theory and sports science curriculum for preschool children with disabilities sports rehabilitation of theoretical basis.On this basis,detailed elaborated the preschool children with disabilities sports rehabilitation course "seven goals","four content","three steps","two evaluation dimensions",and finally proposed the "preschool children with disabilities sports rehabilitation course teaching proposal(draft).Fifth,practice test.In the qualitative study of action research,through the interview and case analysis,deep feeling and experience of sports rehabilitation classes for disabled children,parents and teachers bring the change,confirmed the operability of the theory of sports rehabilitation course.In the quantitative study of action research,by collecting and that in comparative classes of experimental classes of sports rehabilitation before class,after class data is analyzed,the results show that sports rehabilitation training preschool children with disabilities the basic action ability,fitness,the overall cognitive and social adaptation ability improved,confirmed the effectiveness of the theory of sports rehabilitation course.
