In order to reach expected educational results and objectives it is important to provide timely effective university education management.One of the terms of practical and effective education management is to organize university management system,wherefrom to gain certain benefits.Development of university education management responds to modern generation reforms.It is necessary further to pay attention to science innovation;admit new management concepts and methods,thus,to enrich its own aims.Chinese and Russian university education management is deeply influenced by national and international tendencies of university education management ideas,what helps them to improve their own education management level,as well as,carry out objective evaluation.At the same time China and Russia have borrowed advanced international universities' experience in education management,on the basis national circumstances try to form national university education management and achieve international recognition.The intention to research Chinese and Russian university education management is determined by contradictions between the level of education management and education quality demands;between flexibility,creativity potential of education management and its inner inertness;between countries' university education management development and international development tendencies.The research contains the following seven parts:The first chapter is Introduction.It focuses on literature and documents dedicated to university education management,also covers research objectives,theoretical and practical value,and research methods.The second chapter centers on Chinese and Russian university education management historical background examination,as well as,dwells on factors that influence education management.The third chapter deals with university education management basis.It focuses on education objectives and teaching programmes.The forth chapter examines and compare Chinese and Russian university education management characteristics,their common features and differences.The fifth chapter on the basis of current situation and survey results dwells on education management problems.The sixth chapter explores reasons of the current problems.Theseventh chapter focuses on university management development tendencies and dwells on possible borrowing of two countries' universities successful experience.The last part is conclusion.It summarizes the results of the research.The research provides possibility to learn more about university education management.It offers information about Chinese and Russian university management development and existing problems,carries out a comparative research,specifies what components of university education management can influence students' education.Furthermore,comparative research of Chinese and Russian university education management helps to promote development of other countries' university education management.In China a lot of researches touch upon foreign education,especially examines American,Great Britain,Italian and other developed European countries' education history and ideas.However,there are a few researches focus on Russian education,and these papers information out of dated or don't in full extent reflect Russian education reality.In the last few years Russian researchers become more and more interested in Chinese education.Finally,the research offers Chinese and Russian university education management commonalities and differences that have possibility of being borrowed and implemented in a different system,what is more,it can offer theoretical basis in certain fields of Chinese and Russian cooperation and development.
