The degree of satisfaction of the foreigner students is a kind of psychological state,is the foreigner students satisfied on the teaching,professional,living conditions and management needs.Satisfaction levels are becoming an indicator of teaching effectiveness.In China's higher education,the development of international education has received significant attention and become an important part of higher education,it is responsible for the professional training and an important task for foreigner students in China,it is also an important way to strengthen and develop the good relations between China and the rest of the world countries.It plays a very important role in promoting international exchanges and the internationalization of higher education.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the people's living quality,also due to growing of China's international influence,and improving of higher education,thus,more and more foreign students come to study in China,especially Russian students number also has significantly increased.Foreigner students have differences in the aspects of language,culture,life habit,education mode,economy and so on.Russian students comparing with Japanese,South Koreans,Southeast Asian students,and even comparing with Unites states and United Kingdom students have more obvious difficulties in adaptation in China.Therefore,there will be many different problems in the education management of Russian students in China.No matter how long time they have been in China,they still have some problems,so the management of the foreign students education is very important.In present time,there is not enough research and source of the education management of Russian student in China,also in current academic research,the education and management researches of foreign students in China are incomplete.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and study foreign student's adaptation and life in China in order to help institution management departments to improve the quality of education and level of the students and improve the international competitiveness of China's education.In addition to helping students successfully complete their studies in China.In this study,the investigation was proceeding in Shenyang University,Liaoning University,Northeastern University,ShenYang Ligong University,four universities in Shenyang City,the international exchange management department of each Institute and the Russian students of each institution was involved in this study as the object of investigation.This study uses three kinds of questionnaire research,including a literature survey,interview and investigation of managers,and Russian students questionnaire.Through literature research and questionnaire survey,the author finds that there are some problems and difficulties in the study and living conditions of Russian students in China.Interview survey method helps the author to understand related topics from the perspective of management.Based on this,this study attempts to investigate and study the basic problems of education management of Russian students in China,and puts forward the countermeasures from three aspects,including the aspects of the school,the management of education and the personal problems of the Russian students in China.In order to help in solving the problems with education management and help students to face some difficulties in learning,so that it can better improve the level of learning.The conclusions of this study can provide some reference for the management of the students,also can help to solve the study and life difficulties with Russian students in China,and provide guidelines to help them achieve successfully completion of their studies.
