At present,we are in an unprecedented new era of entrepreneurship.Young college students are witnesses and main force of this new era.The new era has brought great impact on the values of young college students,and it is urgent to establish a new system of values which is compatible with the entrepreneurial age.The conflict of values is inevitable in the collision and changes between new and old values.The conflict of values is the basic and core problems in the study of entrepreneurial values.If the conflict cannot be resolved in a good way,then for college students,entrepreneurship is perhaps a brief and exciting journey,which is enough to become the biggest reason of studying the conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values.The so-called conflict of values is the negation and competition among values.Universality,profundity,complexity and long-term are features of values conflict.The conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values are manifested as conflicts between ideals and reality,interests and virtue,material and spirit,individual and collective,means and goals,survival and development.The causes of the conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values are very complicated,which lie in both college students and the society.Social existence determines social consciousness.Therefore,certain social existence must bring about impacts on the conflict of entrepreneurial values of college students.These social existence mainly include globalization,impact of Western values,imbalance of interest structure,market economy,and co-existence of "traditional,modern and postmodern",which constitute the unavoidable historical background of college students entrepreneurial values conflict.The conflict between traditional professional values and modern professional values,the conflict between traditional business values and modern business values have also brought direct impact on the conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values.At present,the prevalent utilitarian entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,has also become a booster of the conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values.Especially the elitism,instrumentalism,and knowledge generalization showed in the process of entrepreneurial education,and utilitarianization in the practice of entrepreneurial education further intensified the conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values.The essence of conflict of values is the conflict among different interests,as long as there exists different interests,there will be conflict.The conflict between self-interest and altruism is the root of the conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values.The conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values should be turned mainly conflict of college students' entrepreneurial values is not a spontaneous process.In other words,if we do not "intervention" and let the "conflict" grow freely,it may need more time to achieve a new balance of values system,for in the process of competition between the two forces of the conflict,we do not know which force occupy the dominant force,and whether the value that occupies the dominant development.Strengthening the leading role of core values of socialism in college students' entrepreneurial values is inevitable requirements of era development as well as personnel training.The core values of socialism further resolve the conflict of college students entrepreneurial values through the leading of value goals at national level,the guidance of value means at social level,and regulations of value behavior individual level.School education is an important channel for the resolution of college students' entrepreneurial values conflict.The vigorous development of entrepreneurship education in recent years has provided an important path to resolve the conflict of values.Help college students establish the correct entrepreneurial values in the process of entrepreneurship education through the establishment of advanced entrepreneurial education concept,the reform of entrepreneurship education,the construction of scientific and rational entrepreneurial education system,the promotion of the integration of core values education and entrepreneurship education,the establishment of a developmental evaluation system,the strengthening of entrepreneurship culture and other ways,in order to achieve the fundamental purpose of resolving the conflict of college students entrepreneurial values.
