Research On Cultivation Of Entrepreneurial College Students' Values

Nith entering the stage of higher education popularization in our country,the number of college graduates is hitting new highs,and the employment situation is getting increasingly grim.The issue of college graduates' employment has become a social problem concerned by the government and the general public.Our country strongly supports and encourages college graduates to start their own businesses,hoping self-employment will help push the employment rate and solve the employment problem.College graduates need positive values as the guiding ideology when they start their own business.Positive values shall boost the career of entrepreneurial college students,while negative values on the contrary shall inevitably cause problems and obstacles or even lead to the road of no return.Good values are not only conducive for graduates to correctly understand their own personality traits,their existing and potential resource advantages,but also help them to reconsider their value orientation and bring continued appreciation to the values.Therefore,the research on the development and change of the entrepreneurial college students' values is extremely important under the new circumstance.In the light of the research result,colleges and universities will take corresponding measures to cultivate positive values in students,and this is of great significance in building a harmonious society.With entrepreneurial college students as the object,the research on the values cultivation of entrepreneurial college students performs exploratory research on entrepreneurial college students' values.In this research,the connotation of entrepreneurial college students' values is analyzed,and the characteristics and the development process of the values are elaborated.Through interviews and investigations,the status quo of entrepreneurial college students' values is presented,indicating that problems,such as limited entrepreneurial cognition,highlighted egoism,weak legal consciousness,prevailed utilitarian,and insufficient innovation awareness,exist in values of entrepreneurial college students.After analyzing the particularity and influence elements of entrepreneurial college students' values,corresponding cultivation countermeasures are put forward in this research on aspects of the principle,contents,and method,considering the relationships between the values,interests,money,and social relations,and aiming at the existing problem of the entrepreneurial college students' values.
