Research On The Values Of The Current College Students’ Entrepreneurship

Nowadays,when the current college students graduate from college,they have to face the new environment of social life.They will begin a new journey in their lives.They have to make a choice in personal occupation.They need to make a choice to choose employment or start their own business after graduation.Most college students would choose to find a stable work.However,in the current market condition,in the face of increasingly fierce employment market,some college students cannot find the right position in the job search process.It is not easy to find a good work.The way of entrepreneurship to employment is a new and effective solution to ease the current employment pressure.The process of College Students’ entrepreneurship is not completely successful.Entrepreneurship is not a whim.It will not sure to succeed in choosing entrepreneurship to promote employment.Besides face the specific difficulties in the course of business and problems in the process of business practice,they should face the problems of entrepreneurship promotion to form correct values in employment.Under the leading of the socialist core values of the current college students’ entrepreneurship,it is good way to promote employment in the view of value guidance,form well entrepreneurship values.This paper includes the introduction and the other four chapters to study the value of the current college students’ entrepreneurship.The introduction mainly explains the significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad related to the analysis of the research background,analysis of the concept of the concise and to the point of college students’ entrepreneurial values definition and theory,define the concept of college students to promote employment,entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial values,values,analyses the importance of current college students entrepreneurial values.And the guiding ideology of concept research on college students’ value of entrepreneurship is briefly introduced.The first chapter by carrying on the premise of the research and analysis of related materials and books of current college students entrepreneurship values,analysis of current situation of college students entrepreneurship values from the economic,political,social and cultural aspects.The second chapter follows the first chapter,takes an analysis on the status of the concept of entrepreneurship value basis,summarizes the main features of the present values of college students in entrepreneurship,i.e.Diversification of the conflict and internal coordination and guidance.The third chapter is the main part of this paper,further analysis of the reasons for the formation of the current college student entrepreneurship values.The fourth chapter is the important content of the thesis,mainly expounds the formation of positive values of the current college students entrepreneurship strategy.On the basis of the status of college students’ entrepreneurial values the induction and analysis of relevant guidelines under the current business students to establish the correct values suggested that.From the society,school and family together for the correct values to provide good external conditions for the formation of entrepreneurship.With the guide of the socialist core values,the subjectivity of college students in the current entrepreneurship and the exact increase their awareness of entrepreneurship values,we should promote the formation of positive entrepreneurial values.
