Research On The Disciplinary Features Of Sport Science

The disciplinary features of Sport Science belongs to the field of meta-theor y.it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically and deeply explore the features of Sport Science for the enrichment of the basic theoretica I system of Sport Science,to clarify the discipline's own value,to optimize the c onstruction of disciplinary institution and to guide the correct orientation of tale nt cultivation.Based on the theory of knowledge growth,this paper systematicall y demonstrates the features of Sport Science from the three dimensions of histo ry,system and knowledge by using the method of Literature,Logic,Comparison and Expert interview method.The study concluded that:1.The establishment of the subject form has gone through five stages:"pro blem ? knowledge ? knowledge domain ? knowledge category ? discipline".Among them,the evolution from problem to knowledge category can rely on pu re knowledge production as the driving force of evolution,and it is needs the p ower of both institution and knowledge production to push the evolution from k nowledge category to disciplinary form.2.There are two categories of correspondence between "foreign languages".In the documents and announcements generally use "subject","unit","program","discipline","fachern" and "section" and other words to represent the discipline,the language is more dispersed.And in academic discussions are unified use of"discipline" or "academic discipline" to represent the discipline.3.From the three dimensions of history,institution and knowledge,Sport Sc ience has 10 kinds of disciplinary features,namely:(1).Education origin:in the i nstitutional settings,personnel training,publications and other aspects are reflect ed Sport Science in the source of the stage and the formation of close contact with the practice of education,which is based on the discipline of scientific rese arch based on the source of the point is significantly different;(2).Health drive:The unique function of sport to promote health coincides with the eternal dem ands of human beings for health,which promote origin of the Sport Science.(3).Identity differences:Sport Science in the field of higher education to obtain uni versal recognition and high academic status,and its In the field of scientific rese arch in the field of poor recognition of the formation of significant differences;(4).Development of low level:It is not yet formed a unified international under standing of the funding,disciplinary name,and disciplinary attribution in Sport Sc ience.There are obvious gaps between Sport Science and the mature disciplines;(5).Non-equilibrium;Sport Science in the international community to show the trend of natural science research,sports medicine journals occupy the high imp act of the absolute number of journals,physical education and humanities are lo w,Structural interdisciplinary;(6).Interdisciplinary;Sport Science of the faculties,professional settings and the scientific community of knowledge background gen erally across the natural and humanities and social sciences of a number of disci plines,and the interdisciplinary integration is deepening;(7).Sports Practicality;sp orts practice as the main body of sports tacit knowledge best embodies the feat ures of Sport Science itself,as the most significant different from other discipline s;(8).External decisive;Sport Science itself does not have a unique theory or t heory,including sports Training in the branch disciplines rely on the mature disci pline theory to construction,the nature of the discipline was decided by the So urce discipline;(9).Application;Sport Science and evolution to follow the pragm atism,the branch of the establishment of the knowledge system is foreign discip line theory the purpose of the application in the field of sports is to solve the practical problems that arise in the practice of sports.(10).Comprehensive;spor ts technology,sports skills and sports arts from low to high three levels constitu te the sports tacit knowledge;sports tacit knowledge and sports theory combine d knowledge constitute sports knowledge;sports knowledge and knowledge of fo reign disciplines constitute a combination of different Sport Science disciplines;di fferent sports branch of the comprehensive format the discipline of Sport Scienc e.4.10 kinds of disciplinary features can be divided into two levels,the Educ ation origin,Health drive,Identity differences,Development of low level,Non-eq uilibrium and Interdisciplinary can be regarded as the phenomenonal level discipli nary features of Sport Science;Sports Practicality,External decisive,Application a nd Comprehensive,can be considered as the essential features.Sports practice is the central feature of the Sport Science.The other 9 features are closely relate d to the sport practice.
