A Study On College Students' Social Practice Cultivating System And Operating Mechanism

Colleges students' social practice is a collective name for "three activities in the countryside in holidays",social survey,productive labour,voluntary service,technical invention and work-study program during holidays and spare time.Therefore,the study focuses on how to organize the college students to participate the social practice systematically and structurally in summer and winter holidays.Recent years,college students' social practice,as the effective organizational form and venue for practical personnel cultivation,has gained increasing popularity.Relevant departments,such as the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the CPC,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry and Central Communist Youth League as well as other central and local departments,colleges and universities,have operated intensive research in practical personnel cultivation and college students' social practice.However,the obvious shortcomings have attracted the attention of ideological and political instructors.They notice that some research has only discussed the basic theory of college students' social practice on the surface rather than deeper study.Furthermore,some researchers concern the meaning of explanation and process description instead of theory study and systematic exposition.All theoretical research must serve the practice.If only discussing the issue on the theoretical level,the efficiency of the practical activities will be affected negatively.The key point to improve the efficiency of practical personnel cultivation is to built up an effective operating system.Studying the efficiency of the operating system,educators must incarnate the original regression of the subjective spirit of practical personnel cultivation.That is,the ultimate goal of enhancing the efficiency is to accelerate the rate of cultivating process.Education has its own principles,and the social practice is the part of education.Consequently,social practice contains cultivating function and educational theory.This kind of relationship decides that building up the cultivating system must base on educational theory.This thesis is based on the view of the process of college students' social practice.It makes a thorough analysis of the features,stages and segments,especially the specific contradiction,for the practical personnel cultivation.College students' social practice is the extension of university education and classroom instruction.The compound structure of this type of practice contains organized education,group and individual self-education,social education,which interacts and complements each other nicely.Furthermore,using the theory of ideological and political education and social psychology to analyze different education forms and cultivating systems.And adopting the interview and questionnaire to find out the problems and shortcomings in college students' social practice.Illustrating and investigating the reasons,this thesis seeks the realistic foundation to optimize the efficient cultivating system from teachers and students as well as social environment.On this basis,optimizing and establishing the cultivating system,the thesis deems that it is necessary to deepen the study of college students' social practice,which consists start-up mechanisms,regulatory mechanism,safeguard mechanism,incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
