The social practice plays a special and irreplaceable function in the higher education. It’s the main position to improve the college students’ humanistic qualities, the extension of the classroom teaching and the transition of going to the society, and also the basic means to cultivate the spirit of cooperation, the responsibility and adaptability.This paper considers the Marx’s view of practice as the guiding ideology, meanwhile combines the theoretical research and the empirical research as a whole. On the basis of the Pedagogy, the Psychology, the Communication and so on, by means of various research methods, this article fully clarifies the connotation and characteristics, teases the development course, illustrates the function development of the college students’ social practice in our country.Through the comprehensive and detailed analysis of the data and information, it systematically probes the current situations of the college students’ social practice, in-depth resolves the main problems and the causes. Meanwhile,it explores the theoretical basis and the design ideas of the multiple and interactive education model of the college students’ social practice.We strive to build a set of patterns of the college students’ social practice that regards the government, society, colleges and universities, teachers, and students as the main body from four dimensions including the contents, the ways, the organizations and the achievements. For details, at first, it explores four types of practice that respectively are the classroom teaching, the campus practice, the outside practice and the network practice. Moreover, we try to make overall plans for the manners covering the first classroom and the second classroom, the teacher’s research and the college students’ social practice, the virtual and the realistic practice. Then, the organization work covers the planning, the guidance, and the practice. In the end, it deeply discusses the evaluation, the promotion and the application of the achievements. On the whole, the ultimate goal is to promote the model getting more scientific and sustainable.
