The core of all scientific research lies in the discovery of problems.Due to the rapid development of our society,the enhancement of our nation quality has become an urgent need.China's higher education is gradually transformed from a elite mode to a popularization one which in turn brings an increasing number in both colleges and students.The employment situation of graduates is becoming more and more severe which is also the same situation students of vocational college face.Excepting the influence of external factors such as college enrollment and employment demand,the fundamental cause for this is that students' professional quality isnot fully developed in college,which leads to a “two-way dilemma” between “college cultivation”and “social demand”.This paper uses the notion of “cross-border” and “integration” as the introduction,because it is the needs of the overall development of students and their professional improvement which means to break and split the current situation.As Mr.Jiang Daoyuan said,“As an educational type,the essential difference between vocational education and general education is that employment-oriented vocational education has crossed the boundaries of traditional schools,” “cross-border” vocational education must have cross-border thinking.The development and reform of vocational education aims to form a healthy interaction mechanism of seeking development and promoting employment through cooperation.This requires us to deal problems in an more comprehensive way,that is not only to see school beyond school,view education beyond education,evaluate knowledge out of knowledge',but also to see the enterprise out of enterprise,to see training out of training,and to see skills out of skills.” Curriculum is undoubtedly the specific carrier and basic unit of any colleges in providing educational services.Curriculum reform has always been the basic problem of higher vocational education.The key for China's social and economic development and the realization of China's manufacturing in the year of 2025 is to train hundreds of millions of high-level skilled workers and high-quality workers.It is true that vocational college,especially the higher vocational college is duty-bound to assume the responsibility.In order to comply with the needs of competition between people in a new era and achieve our country's strategy to build strong human resources,college students entails a solid basic knowledge and a skilled,strong professional skills,sound personality,and innovation spirit to adapt to the social development.This requires us to start from the perspective of overall development of students and improvement of professionalism,to explore a curriculum concept which not only covers knowledge learning,ability training,but also the integration of personality cultivation.This concept is to integrate and guide the curriculum system construction of higher vocational education.A complete set of curriculum construction implementation plan can be carried out through in-depth study to achieve the overall improvement of student quality.Therefore,the realization of “cross-border education”,to a large extent,is to be achieved through the cross-border of teaching courses.The “cross-border” of teaching courses in higher vocational is to cross the college course and “stick to” the small boundaries of our college itself.On the one hand,the one-sided training idea of knowledge-centered,ability-centered,personality-centered can be liberated from the perspective of curriculum construction concept and to construct curriculum with a "humanistic,integrated" thinking.On the other hand,in the specific classification of the course section also needs to achieve “cross-border”,that is to make “humanistic curriculum” combined with “professional courses” “theoretical courses” combined with “practice courses” combined with “school curriculum” “extracurricular courses” combined with “online courses.“Integration” is the specific operation based “cross-border”,namely,how to integrate and connect between college and enterprises in curriculum objectives,curriculum content,organizational forms,teaching venues,curriculum teachers to achieve the effect of “cross-border”.By adopting these theoretical and empirical methods including literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview and case analysis,this thesis explores the present situation of higher vocational teaching and the students' professional quality,discovers the problems existing in the current higher vocational education teaching and does attribution analysis.Furthermore,this thesis tries to explore new path from the viewpoint of curriculum construction,and to present some specific suggestions and propositions.The whole thesis consists of five main parts,which are as follows:The first chapter: Introduction.This part expounds the origin and significance of this research,and defines the relevant core concepts.It mainly clears the present research situation of the domestic higher vocational students' professional quality education,the present connotative development and exploration situation of higher vocational curriculum and several foreign successful curriculum construction modes.In the end,it summarizes the research ideas and methods of this thesisThe second chapter: Present Review.Through questionnaire investigation,interview and other empirical research,this part mainly analyzes the present situation,problems and reasons of higher vocational students' professional quality education,and finds some problems during the actual talents cultivation such as Giving Way to Policy,Dislocation in Teaching and Absence of Management,which are brought by some factors such as the week knowledge foundation of higher vocational students,and some social and educational subjects which are influenced by the narrow,utility and short-sighted traditional view of employment.All these leads to the pessimistic situation of higher vocational students' professional quality,and the marginalization of higher vocational professional quality education.The third chapter: Concept Establishment.Based on the analysis of the professional quality and its components,this part illustrates the basic connotation of professional quality concept,the theoretic principle of that transboundary,mixing and construction are based on professional quality education of higher vocational curriculum.Besides,it demonstrates the necessity of constructing the higher vocational curriculum system based on professional quality education,from the angle of adapting the development of knowledge economical era,the needs of present curriculum teaching and the development strategy of quality education.The fourth chapter: System Construction.Based on the overall planning of the higher vocational curriculum system based on professional quality education,this part proposes a “1 + 1 + n” strategic alliance between higher vocational colleges and relevant enterprises which is based on the whole value chain,presents a linking“3.3.3”mode of talent cultivation curriculum construction,which are Three Bonds: college talent training bonds with enterprise talent demands,the learning process bonds with the working process,college culture bonds with enterprise culture,Three Courses: college general course,enterprise customized course and post personalized course,and Three Certificates: degree certificates,professional qualification certificates and post level certificates.Through three measures,which are adjusting the structure of education team and improving teachers' quality,optimizing curriculum construction and improving curriculum content,enriching classroom contents and expanding learning channels,this thesis finally explores the support and security mechanism of professional quality education effect.The fifth chapter: Practical Argumentation.Taking the Automobile Engineering School of writer's working higher vocational college as an example,this part compares the recent three years' achievements of students graduating from this school in a horizontal and vertical way to demonstrate,which tries to cultivate their students based on the vocational quality education through improving talent cultivation project and course teaching methods.
