Research On The Professional Quality Cultivation Of Vocational College Students

One of the important missions of higher vocational education is to train advanced technical talents needed for industries arid companies. With the rapid development of economy and society, the scale of higher vocational education is also expanding rapidly, which provides a large number of high-level trained mechanics and eases the supply-and-demand contradiction on skilled personnel to some extent. However, the professional quality training of students is not satisfactory at present. In order to catch more attention to vocational training of higher professional students and thus promote the development of it, based on the existing theory for students' current vocational training in professional quality problems, aimed at the problem existed, the paper strives to construct more complete system to provide useful reference for higher vocational raining.This article first analyses the concept of professional quality and defines the meaning, the feature of it, and displays the content included, then further analyses the characteristics of vocational students. Secondly, by a survey about professional quality cultivation, students' existing problems of professional quality and their causes are displayed. For higher vocational students, the existing problems of professional quality includes social factors, teaching and management factors and some other objective factors. Among the above factors, the students' subjective factor is a very important reason caused the professional quality problems. At last, through analyzing and reflecting the actualities of China's higher professional students' vocational quality cultivation, a new cultivating system is constructed. In the aspect of students' vocational ideal training, take students as the principle part, foster students develop their own career aspiration, enhance teachers'capacity of guiding students' professional ideal and perfect the career guidance service system. In the aspect of professional capacity cultivation, set up the majors market-demand-orientedly, perfect curriculum system, strengthen the construction of "Double-competence-teacher" team, establish the skills evaluation system according with enterprise's demand, and create fine conditions for the practicing. In the aspect of students' professional morality cultivation, implement enterprise education in professional ethics, take typical example, create professional ethics Credit Bank, introduce good corporate culture to enhance student professional morality.
