The level of the professional quality education of higher vocational students in computer specialty is related to not only their own work and growth, but also the high-quality computer talents. It can make our country be advanced position under the fierce competition of IT industry. This paper is to discuss the following five parts.The first part-exordium, it gives an introduction to the research background and significance, and reviews the present situation at home and abroad simply.The second part-theoretical study, it summaries the professional qualities, the professional abilities, the elements of the professional quality of higher vocational education, the ideas and modes of the professional quality education. The third part – investigation, it definite the elements of the professional quality of higher vocational education, quantitatives the contents of investigation with Lee Teuk scaling method, designs the questionnaires, and then these questionnaires are distributed to the 47 companies that employ the higher vocational students in computer specialty. By sorting the questionnaires, a reliability test is carried out towards the numerical value with SPSS17.0, finally we get the evaluation score of the elements of the professional quality of college students using the expert evaluation method. Through the analysis of the score, we can easily figure out the defects of the professional quality of college students. The fourth part-construction, based on the investigation above, this part is to establish a platform which combines “teaching staff of vocational education” and “the cooperation between school and enterprise”. Besides, a training system will be created, combining “comprehensive curriculum system of vocational quality education” and “training mode of innovative curriculum. The fifth part- conclusion, it summarizes the research results and proposes the shortcomings of the paper.
