Supply chain disruptions have destroyed both the manufacturer and the supplier seriously.Therefore,many companies and experts have proposing strategies to lower the lost coming from the disruption.In this paper,we try to mitigate this distruption risk in three ways:First,we consider a procurement auction with the reliability of each supplyer,and instructure a Bayesian game.And discuss for the case that each supplyer has the same product cost and that the supplyers' cost is proportionate to the reliability,the sufficient and necessary condition of Bayesian equilibrium so that the supplyer with the highest reliability to gain the procurement contract.More over,when suppose that the supplyers' reliability distributed uniformly,we obtain a more specific condition,in another hand,when supposing the penalty are related to the reliability,we discuss the optimal mechanism for manufacture to balancing the procurement cost and the supply reliability.Second,we use the setting in team mechanism to build a multistage dynamic Bayesian game.We discuss when supposing that the distribution of supplyers' reliability is a Markov chain,supplyers' product cost is proportiate to his reliability and mamufacture distributes his purchasing amount only considering reliability each supplyer shown in each period,the condition that each supply reporting truthfully form a perfect Bayesian equilibrium.At last,we discuss the case that there are only two supplyers in a supply chain.Considering a supply chain with a manufacture,a reliable supplyer offering a higher price and an unreliable supplyer giving a lower price.We use a Markov decision process to solve this optimal ordering problem.Setting the manufacture's inventory condition as the unreliable supplyer's supply condition in a period as the current state,manufacture's total cost in a period as the reward function,four ordering strategy as the actions and the unreliable supplyer's transfer probability as the MDP's probability.Under a discete random demand condition,we use stategy iteration to find the optimal ordering strategy to maximum the manufacture's total cost.
