The Coordination Mechanism Analysis Of Supply Chain Under Disruption

In order to effectively manage the supply chain and enable the supply chain to perform the best integral function and enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain system, it is requested that every entity in supply chain and its activities in the function should cooperate with each other in high-level coordination way.Being an important part of supply chain management,research of supply chain coordination has a great practical significance so as to improve supply chain performance and the competitiveness of the supply chain system..Being one of the important coordination mechanisms for supply chain,the supply chain contract has been drawn more and more attention by science and enterprises fields. Most of the previous studies on the supply chain coordination are under the assumption that the market environment is stable, that is,the supply chain system can operate as smoothly as planned. The original formulation of the scheme can rarely go smoothly because of the huge influence on supply chain by frequent disruptions, disruption management of supply chain has drawn wide attention from scholars at home and abroad.Based on former research,the paper researches supply chain coordination by contracts under disruptions. Most of papers of disruption management of supply chain were based on the assumption that only a single factor was disrupted.But in practice,the unexpected event will inevitably lead to a number of factors disruptions in the supply chain system. These paper research the supply chain coordination by coordination by contracts under the disruption of two factors.The structure of supply chain is expanded to three-level supply chain from two-level supply chain,at the same the paper studies the supply chain coordination under asymmetric information.The research contents of the dissertation can be concluded as follows:(1)For the coordination problem of two nodes in supply chain between one supplier and one retailer,it studies how the buy-back coordinate the supply chain when the disruption change the retail price and the cost. In order to coordination the supply chain,the buy-back contract is adjusted which has anti-disruption ability.It analyzes the distribution of profit among the entities and gives an application by simulation.(2)It also studies how the price discount contract coordinate the supply chain when the disruption change the market scale and the cost of the supplier. The adjusted price discount contract can coordinate the supply chain.Based on the two-level supply chain, it studies how the price discount contract coordinate the three-lever supply chain.(3)The coordination problem of a supply chain with one supplier and one retailer is analyzed under disruptions with exponential function. When the cost of supplier and the market demand scale are disrupted in the planning horizon, a coordination mechanism is proposed which can allocate arbitrarily the optimal supply chain between the supplier and the retailer. (4)This paper also studies the supply chain coordination mechanisms under asymmetric information with retailer cost disruption.Based on the analysis,a conclusion is drawn that it is optimal for the supply chain to keep the original production plan and to guarantee that the system run steadily if variation of the retailer cost is sufficiently small and does mot exceed an upper bound;otherwise decisions must be adjusted.
