Research On Social Risk In The Social Integration Process Of Migrant Workers

Along with the advancement of China's urbanization,the citizenization of rural migrant workers has become the fundamental problem in the process of population urbanization.On the way of urbanization,China has been through a series of development such as land urbanization,non-agricultural population and so on.However,in terms of population urbanization,China did not achieve the expected goal.The social integration process of migrant workers is also a necessary way for the citizenization of population.The effect of social integration also directly affects the results of the citizenization of migrant workers.In recent years,however,the effect of migrant workers social integration is poor,and causing a lot of problems.Although China's government has developed a series of policies in such aspects as labor protection and social security of migrant workers,they produced very little effect,because of the adjustment of local interests and group interests,and also the policies themselves.Along with the increasing number of migrant workers yearly,the social contradictions during the process of social integration are becoming increasingly prominent.If the problem of migrant workers interests guarantee cannot be solved,which make them face long-term various social risks in the process of integration,and also easy to increase the social behavior of migrant workers' individual or group rebellion,it might cause new social risks.This consequence is not conducive to social stability,and also hinders the process of social integration of migrant workers.Thus,to explore the social risks in process of migrant workers social integration,to effectively avoid or reduce the social risks and to governance social risks which leading by migrant workers become crucial problems,which need to be addressed.This study takes migrant workers social integration as the background,discusses the social risks that migrant workers facing or causing in the process of three dimensions of social integration,including social and economic integration,cultural behavior integration and psychological identity integration,by using the combination method of qualitative and quantitative analysis.On the basis of the research conclusion,social risk management countermeasures and suggestions are given based on the perspective of social welfare.Firstly,dissect the development status of the migrant workers social integration and the problems existing in the process.The three dimensions of social integration of migrant workers are put forward by summarizing and sorting out relevant research results.The social risks of migrant workers in each dimension of social integration are explored and the relevant issues are analyzed from the micro point of view.Then clarify the overall research contents and framework of the thesis.Secondly,explore the facing social risks in the process of migrant workers social economic integration,analyze the social risk that are included in the four aspects of the risk of education,employment,income,housing respectively and also the influencing factors related to each kind of social risk.The causal loop diagram of each risk subsystem is set up to explore the feedback structure and cause of each risk subsystem by using System Dynamics.In constructing the stock flow chart of whole social risk,explore the evolution and development trend of the whole social risk system,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the results,lay the foundation for later work.Thirdly,analyze the problems of social risks in the process of migrant workers social and cultural behavior integration.Then analyze the strategies of migrant workers in the struggle of interests against enterprises.Through the sequential game theory,decision tree and the method of numerical simulation for references,we firstly discuss about how the cost of rights protection in accordance with the law and the illegal cost of enterprise impact on strategy selection under the condition of different system parameters.Secondly,the study finds out the equilibrium strategies of migrant workers for different system parameters.And then we put forward a relational expression to describe the condition that the two system parameters should satisfy.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of cultural acceptance and behavior adaptation.Fourthly,on the basis of social risk theory,analyze the mechanism of social risk and constraint conditions in the process of migrant workers psychological identity integration,by using multi-stage dynamic game model from the short single phase and long-term multi-stage phase two aspects respectively.Based on the corresponding case studies,analysis the psychological reasons of causing social risk by the migrant workers as the government taking different strategies.The influence process of the psychological characteristics of migrant workers' sense of fairness on social risks is mainly explored.Fifthly,the current welfare level of migrant workers and their influencing factors are explored.Through the exploration of social welfare,the social risk management strategies in the process of migrant workers social integration are found.Based on the Amartya Sen's theory of practical ability,the research filtered the indicators of migrant workers by using the method of multicollinearity.Then the structural equation model is constructed based on the statistical data obtained from questionnaires for analyzing the factors affecting the welfare of migrant workers.Finally,according to the social welfare in the social integration process,some countermeasures and suggestions for social risk prevention are given.In this thesis,the relationship and related concept of the migrant workers social integration and social risk are defined clearly.Under the background of social integration,explore the evolution process of social risk in different dimension of migrant workers social integration.Finally,from the viewpoint of social welfare,the related countermeasures and suggestions of social risk management are proposed.It aims to provide beneficial reference for migrant workers and stakeholders.
