| Tourism industry is a strategic pillar industry of national economy, its industry relevance is strong, it forces a strong pulling effect on the other related industries, with the reputation of "smokeless industry" and "sunrise industry". In recent years, sustained growth of national residents income in China promote the tour demand. At the same time, the mutual fusion potential is becoming intense between the Internet Technology and the other industries, tourism as an information resource intensive industry, the demand for information communication and information technologies has a fundamental. In October2013, the formal implementation of the tourism law by the People’s Republic of China is the mark of tourism on the legal system, which highlights the problems as unreasonable market structure, the poor international competitiveness, the shortage of tourism talents, low productivity in tourism industry, the insufficient of connotative growth. Against the background of macroeconomic control and the world economic crisis, China’s tourism industry need to solve the problem of connotative development, it is imperative to the transformation and upgrading, the exploring research to break through the bottleneck of China’s tourism path is extremely urgent and important.Based on the research on the practice and theory of tourism development, tourism industry development bottleneck formation is the root cause of insufficient understanding to the essence of tourism, which lead to the tourism function alienation, old industry business model, backward management thinking. Therefore, to clarify the experience nature of tourism, to correctly understand the essence of the spirit of tourism is related to the important proposition on the construction of tourism academic research, and tourism sustainable, healthy development. Starting from the bottleneck problem of tourism development, this paper hypothesizes the proposition: constructivism under the perspective of experiential smart tourism mode can promote the tourism experience to help tourists, understanding the nature of the tourism experience, it plays an important role in promoting sustained and healthy development of tourism. Based on the perspective of sociology and ethics, to study the influence that tourism activities works on the tourism subject in the cultural, psychological and behavior, and the new information and communication technology application in tourism and other international travel frontier issues.At the same time, it is possible to discuss the organic combination of the culture, psychology and technology in the tourism activities.The nature of tourism and the constructivism learning theory have the intrinsic logic relation. The nature and purpose of travel is to make the tourists get a pleasant experience and knowledge acquisition of body and mind, the spirit of tourism philosophy essence is humanistic spirit of exploration and transcendence; Constructivism learning theory make smart tourism relatively with the purpose of the tourists.That is to enhance knowledge acquisition and experience level of body and mind. Through the literature review to the tourism industry, tourism experience, constructivism learning theory, cognitive psychology, tourist psychology, tourist economics smart tourism and other related theory, the article analysis established the theory support for further research. Tourism is information resource intensive industry, the demand for information communication and information technologies has a fundamental. Experiential smart tourism is based on the perspective of constructivism, it aims to experience as the main line, to carry the spirit of tourism as the highest level, to meet the individual needs of tourists, to act on real-time travel search and common solution, through the new generation of information technology as the cloud computing, big data, Internet, mobile communication technology. Experiential smart tourism contains eight tourism elements as Food, Accommodation, Transportation, Tour, Shopping, Entertainment, Wisdom, Culture, which make the tourists to maximize knowledge acquisition and experience of body and mind, and build up a comprehensive tourism innovative interactive mode. The basic function of smart tourism is to meet the demand of different levels of experience, the three main features embodied in:real-time travel search, personalized needs and common solutions.Based on the study of the theory of the experiential smart tourism, this paper set the stochastic frontier production function model, and based on data envelopment method to analyze the contribution rate of human capital and tourism industry technology measure, to make the sense of the relationship between cognitive and tourism overall evaluation on tourism experience for empirical analysis. According to the related data(2006-2011,in China) on tourism industry efficiency, technology innovation as well as smart tourism, this article take use of the statistical analysis software SPSS17.0to take the statistical analysis of questionnaire data, the analysis of smart tourism major elements, including human capital, information network, mobile communications and other elements in the efficiency to measure the influence of different parts of the tourism industry.Based on the above research and the analysis in this paper, the following is the main conclusions:to break through the development bottleneck of Chinese tourism industry, it needs to solve the problem of tourism industry connotative development. Experiential smart tourism can maximize the use of the Internet technology to dig the personalized needs of tourists, and help them promote the tourism experience, to understand the nature of the tourism experience, to raise the tourism industry connotative growth. To promote transformation and upgrading of tourism industry, and to realize the sustained and healthy development of industry, it plays an important role. |
