With the improvement of our country economy, the modernization of traffic, improve communication and service facilities, tourism has become an indispensable part of people's lives. And the smart tourism is the development of the tourism industry to a new form at this stage, it is a model of integration and development of tourism and information technology, it is also the future development trend of tourism. With the arrival of the era of smart tourism, The core elements of the tourism scenic industry also conforms to the requirements of the times, began to carry out the smart scenic spots construction. The characteristics of tourism experience determines the tourism industry belongs to the typical experience industry. Under the background of experience economy, the tourism industry to provide services for tourists, which inevitably become a big stage of experience economy. Tourists as the main body of tourism activities, the situation of its experience has a significant impact on the development of scenic spots and tourism.In this paper, using the theory of smart Tourism and tourism experience, combined with the investigation of the Longmen Grottoes and the questionnaire survey, By the method of statistical analysis, summarizing up the factors that influence the tourists' experience of smart scenic area. From five aspects of the establishment of the smart of scenic tourist experience evaluation system, namely smart marketing, smart management, smart service, smart communication, and smart entertainment education. According to the results of the evaluation system puts forward some suggestions for Longmen Grottoes smart scenic further construction. The main research contents are as follows:1 Analyzing and summarizing the research findings of Domestic and foreign visitors experience about the wisdom of scenic spots, Combing the thinking and method of the research, laying a solid theoretical basis for the further study.2 In view of the particularity of the smart tourism scenic, combined with the relevant theories of tourist experience, analyze the factors that affect tourists' experience, explore the content of tourists' experience, and pave the way for empirical research.3 Taking Longmen Grottoes as the research object, analyzing the basic situation and the reason of the location of the Longmen Grottoes, Through the design of the questionnaire and in-depth investigation, to obtain first-hand information, to explore the impact of factors affecting the wisdom of Longmen Grottoes scenic tourist experience, by using factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, the actual situation of the tourist experience in Longmen Grottoes scenic spot is obtained, which is the basis for the construction of smart scenic spots.4 Through the study on the tourists' experience of the Longmen Grottoes scenic spot, from the smart of services, smart management, innovative tourism products, strengthen the wisdom of tourism team building and so on, the tourist experience of the countermeasures and suggestions of Longmen Grottoes tourism scenic is proposed.5 The last part of the paper deficiencies and prospects discussed.
