Research On The Independent Innovative Capability Of Central Enterprises In China

The external force of building an innovative country and transforming the economic development pattern, the internal demand of in creasing the competition ability of enterprise itself, and the both of which require enterprises to take the innovative ability as an important task of development. To achieve this goal, it is the key to construct the innovation system which takes enterpri se as the subject, the function of the core of enterprise innovation will effectively promote the Industry and whole national to improve innovation ability. The central enterprise is in the key industries of concerning national economy and people's livelihood, it takes on heavy responsibility to guarantee and improve the quality of people's livelihood. Because of its special status and the social and economic responsibility, it should make a difference in the independent innovation.Based on research results about the analysis of enterprise independent innovation, evaluation of enterprise independent innovation and advanced path of enterprise innovation ability, the dissertation analyzes the present situation of central enterprises' independent innovation. To simplify the analysis of the problem, it should make a invest analysis in terms of the central enterprises R & D funding and other innovators, and make a output analysis in the aspects of the patent application and authorization, national science and technology innovation award. The dissertation summarizes the main achievements of the central enterprise independent innovation, as well as analyzes the problems of the central enterprise independent innovation.The dissertation divides the enterprise innovation ability into technical innovation, system innovation, management ability, market innovation, product innovation and many other contents. Technology innovation ability is the core of all innovation abilities of the enterprise. To achieve the competitive advantage of enterprises, we must rely on the technological innovation. The technological innovation ability for the enterprise can bring excess profit s and technology, and this is the material basis for the system innovation and management innovation. System innovation and management innovation ability limit the capacity for technical innovation. The system innovation ability provides the motivation and incentive mechanism for the technical innovation. Based on the analysis on the internal and external factors of enterprise innovation, the dissertation analyzes the internal and external motivation mechanism for independent innovation of central enterprises, and also analyzes the correlation between the intensity of independent innovation of central enterprises and the scale of enterprises. By taking listed subsidiary companies of central enterprises as the sample, it focuse s on the research that the relationship between the intensity of central enterprises' independent innovation and the scale of enterprises. The dissertation constructs the basic econometric model, uses the least square analysis of cross section data, observes the explanatory variables of Pearson correlation coefficient matrix to avoid the problem of multicollinearity, as well as the model White tested. The dissertation's advice is to control the enterprise scale within reasonable bounds, if enterprises have high profitability and strong market competitiveness, they are more willing to independent innovation.Based on the analysis of the independent innovation ability, taking the measurement dimensions of innovation investment ability, marketing ability, innovation management capacity and innovation output capacity builds the central enterprise independent innovation ability evaluation index system. This dissertation descriptively analyses the technical efficiency of independent innovation for central enterprises listed subsidiary, selects data envelopment analysis(DEA) method and super efficiency DEA model to evaluate innovation efficiency of the subsidiary, and measures and evaluates the innovation performance of central enterprises by the principal component analysis method. And by comparing the independent innovation efficiency and the innovation performance, it analyzes independent innovation ability of the central enterprise from different perspectives, and further confirms that the characteristics of central enterprises' independent innovation at the present stage, which provides the basis for the next step to build a perfect independent innovation system and improve the path selection of independent innovation ability.The central enterprise innovation system is network system which is made up by the interactions with central enterprise internal, ente rprises and others, central enterprises and external environment. Only by the combination of each part of the innovation, the innovation system's overall function will be maximization, and therefore must ensure that all parts of innovation are coordinated and interacted. The dissertation analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the central enterprise's independent innovation system, and analyzes the inside and outside environment of independent innovation system, builds the system frame of the central enterprise's independent innovation, analyzes the framework of innovation according to the dimensions of horizontal and vertical structure, and studies the institutional improvement from national level and enterprise level, puts forward the inner mechan ism of the central enterprise's construction of independent innovation system. Based on literature analysis and case study, the dissertation makes some exploratory research on the motivation mechanism of enterprise independent innovation, provides the path selection of improving independent innovation capacity of central enterprises. The path research for improving the enterprise's independent innovation ability can make central enterprises correctly understand the special social responsibility and independent innovation performance in the national economic construction, and also can provide effective decision-making basis and methods of support for promoting the central enterprise's independent innovation. The research has very important theory value and practical direction significance to achieve the transformation of economic development pattern for the enterprise's independent innovation in our country.
