Research On The Ways Of Promoting Hei Longjiang Province Enterprises' Independent Innovation Ability Based On Pathology

With economic development into the new stage in our country, all kinds of inconsistent and restricted factors are being accumulated continually. The way that remains economical growth by a large of devotion and consumption needs to be changed urgently; self-innovation is the most basic and effective way to choose. At present, improving enterprises self-innovation capability has become a key point to adjust economical structure, change the way of growth, and improve competence ability of country and area. So, realizing the essence of self-innovation capability accurately, understanding the effect of enterprises' innovation activities by evaluation systems scientifically, guiding enterprises to improve themselves self-innovation constantly, are impending missions we must undertake now.Firstly, basing on summarizing research on self-innovation in our country and overseas, the thesis defines correlative concepts and characters about pathology, self-innovation, self-innovation capability.Secondly, the thesis introduces the meaning of "innovation mania" and the pathogens, including internal pathogens and external pathogens. Then, having a particular description for "excitated factor". At the end of the chapter, according to the flow chart of getting "innovation mania", the author clarify the comparability between how enterprises get self-innovation capability and how the organs get sickThirdly, basing on analyzing the development of enterprises self-innovation capability, the thesis divide enterprise self-innovation capability degree into three parts: internal pathogens, external pathogens and excitated factors. And there are also 13 second indexes and 20 indexes.Fourthly, the thesis selects AHP method to determine the weight of every factor in evaluation index system, and the thesis constructs matter-element model of self-innovation capability degree and uses fuzzy synthetize method to evaluate synthesis capability.Finally, the thesis makes a demonstration evaluation of self-innovation capability degree for 20 enterprises of Heilongjiang province, and finds out the existing problems and deficiency in developing self-innovation capability for Heilongjiang province enterprises, putting forward strategies and suggestions of developing enterprises self-innovation capability from the aspects of internal pathogens, external pathogens and excitated factors.
