Study On Construction And Evaluation Of Cold Chain Logistics Supply Chain For Fresh Agricultural Products

With the continuous improvement of China's economic,the level of national consumption increases,and the consumption structure has also changed so much.A large proportion of fresh agricultural products in the daily diet has received more and more attention.Furthermore,the proportion of the price factor in people's choice is gradually weakened by fresh,safe and nutritious.However,there are many problems in the circulation of fresh agricultural products in China which includes high cost of logistics,low efficiency,low cold chain rate,high rate of corruption and unbalanced profits.It is found that these problems are closely related to the loosening of the main body of the agricultural product supply chain,the low level of informationization,the large number of circulation links,the weak foundation of facilities and facilities and the lack of supervision.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to take effective measures to change the supply chain from a loose state to a whole cooperative interest,and to improve the overall efficiency through the cooperation among the participants.At the same time,achieving improve the quality and safety of the agricultural products,reduce costs and effectively meet consumer demand by optimizing the supervision,increasing supervision,shortening the circulation and using information tools.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper first introduces the concept of fresh agricultural products and fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics.Describing the theory of supply chain management,transaction cost theory,division of labor and cooperation theory,game theory and other relevant articles to lay a solid foundation for later study.Then,analyzing the structure,advantages and disadvantages of the existing agricultural product supply chain.The paper analyzes the supply chain from main body factors,process factors and supporting factors to find that the main relationship of the supply chain are loosen,the informationization level is low,the lack of positive in upstream agricultural products suppliers is serious.However,there are also huge potential for development.Then this paper introduces foreign excellent experience as the next step to build fresh agricultural products supply chain.And then the paper constructs the conceptual model and concrete model of fresh agricultural product supply chain based on "Internet +" and SCOR model.In the concrete model construction,referring to the three-layer structure of SCOR model,taking fresh agricultural product processing enterprise as an example,the paper provides a detail supply chain construction process.The paper elaborates the components of the supply chain model andestablishes the safety mechanism of fresh agricultural products supply chain which analyzes the process of security measures from the aspects of agricultural products dynamic monitoring,quality inspection system and emergency treatment.Then,this paper systematically studies the evaluation of fresh agricultural products supply chain which includes the construction of index system based on BSC model and SCOR model,the evaluation process by entropy method,AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the representative SX fresh agricultural products processing enterprise is selected as an example to be evaluated according to the selected information.Finding out the problems and putting forward the improvement measures to prove the feasibility of the above evaluation methods.
