Study On Decent Work Theory And Its Practice In Contemporary China

Labor is the eternal topic of human,timeless,far-reaching significance.As a global goal,decent work has become the consensus of the international community and the Chinese government.It is not only a practical problem,but also a theoretical problem that how to make the laborers to realize decent work and all-round development.In the context of contemporary China,activate the resources of Marx's thoughts,explore the meaning of decent work,method of characteristics,value orientation,can not only help us to accurately understand the characteristics of current situation and reasons of contemporary China decent work,can also provide theoretical guidance and practical guidance for us to explore the effective way in the future practice of decent work country.The focus of this paper is,how to stand lofty position in Marx's mind the world,the working people,using the basic ideas and basic methods of historical materialism,dialectical examination of contemporary Chinese decent work process,the construction conforms to the reality and the theory China depth and thickness of the future direction of practice.The research of this thesis follows two internal logic:the first is to analyze Marx's thought in the contemporary Chinese context of decent work,and the other is to study the decent work of contemporary China in the view of the thought of the two.This paper uses the combination of theory and practice,the unity of logic and history,multi-disciplinary research methods,mainly from three levels.First of all,it clarifies the connotation of the concept of decent work and the source of thought,which lays the background and theoretical foundation for the whole paper,which constitutes the premise of this paper.This paper,from the basic definition of ILO,expounds the connotation of decent work.Decent work means to give workers a sense of dignity,a sense of gain,a sense of value.Decent work is the work of human dignity,the protection of rights and interests of labor,self realization of labor.In the course of the development of human labor,this paper probes into the paradox of decent work,that is,the nobility of labor and the humble position of laborers.Calling decent work is the dignity and nature of the return to labor.From the perspective of different disciplines,this paper combs the ideological source of decent work.Economics refers to that labor is the source of all wealth,and labor is the essential factor of wealth creation.The meaning of sociology,labor is the will of God,labor is man's virtue and obligation.The connotation of philosophy,labor provides the necessities of life,labor is the essence of human self confirmation,labor is the source of human freedom.Secondly,this paper analyzes the meaning of Marx's thought of decent work and its hallenge and response in the contemporary western countries.Through the interpretation of classical texts,this paper expounds the formation and development of Marx's thought of decent work.It sprouted in the middle school to the "decent action"of the meditation,formed in the "alienated labor" of the nature of the shameful,the development of the "excessive labor" of the state of criticism.This paper expounds the theoretical connotation and characteristics of Marx's thought of decent work.From the perspective of Marx's theory,respect for labor is the essence of decent work,and the protection of rights and interests is the basic requirement of decent work.Marx's thought of decent work is interpreted and developed in the criticism,insisting on the unity of science and value.This paper expounds the challenge and response of Western Marxism to decent work in Marx.Lukacs on the physical and chemical phenomena revealed that the Lefebvre critique of everyday life,Marcuse on the one-way relieving people cry,Habermas to the technical rule of disenchantment,reflects the contemporary society's labor is not decent.In their view,alienation,especially the alienation of consumption is the root cause of this shameful.Finally,this paper discusses the realistic situation and future direction of decent work,and responds to the problems and puzzles in the practice of decent work in contemporary china.The paper thinks that the decent work in contemporary China has made great achievements.The workers from the "turning to" master ",then to"share,have ample food and clothing "development",continuously from decent to more decent.But at the same time also faces three major challenges:one is the"concept" effect of labor,not only the dominant position of the workers,the labor"dignified";two is the "capital" rule of labor,damage to the basic rights of workers,labor "loss of power";the three is the "consumption" domination of labor,labor to labor identity deviation,"the loss of this".This paper analyzes the main factors behind the baffel challenge,one is to update the concept of triggered multiple values of the collision,two is the expansion of globalization and enhance the capital of the hegemony of consumerism is three caused the human self identity lost.Furthermore,the paper puts forward the practical direction of Chinese decent work in the future from three aspects of concept,system and value.It is thought that the spirit of labor is the ideological basis of decent work.Love of labor is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,respect for labor is the basic requirement of socialism,hard work is the contemporary Chinese background.The paper points out that the establishment of labor property rights is the institutional guarantee of decent work.The labor property right is the natural right of the workers,and the core of the labor property right is the right of residual claim.The paper indicates that the reconstruction of labor identity is the value of decent work.Labor identity is the confirmation of "self existence",and labor identity is the way to relieve "consumerism".Labor identity needs to defend the main body position of laborer.
