Since the Decent Work has drawn attention around the world, the way toachieve the Decent Work has become one of the key of Management and Economics.Currently, the research of the Decent Work is mostly focused on the macro level, butrarely from the enterprise perspective, especially the impact research on the DecentWork employees of the main enterprises. However, for the employee jobperformance, the domestic and overseas researches have been mature relatively.Therefore, this paper summarized the achievement of the domestic and overseasresearches, selected employee job performance as a result variable, and explored theimpact of the Decent Work on employee job performance through survey method, toprovide the theoretical basis and application reference for achieving the DecentWork and improving employee job performance.This study summarized the theory and literature of the Decent Work and jobperformance, build the theoretical basis for the impact mechanism and model of theDecent Work on job performance through analysis of the relationship between theDecent Work and job performance. The next step was the analysis of the impactmechanism of decent work on job performance, which helped to put forward theresearch ideas and hypotheses of this paper. The theoretical model of this paper wasto divide the Decent Work into eight dimensions, and explored their impacts on theemployee job performance from these eight dimensions, t hen discussed the impact ofthe Decent Work on job performance through stepwise regression method. The fourthpart of this paper was the empirical research for impact of the Decent Work on jobperformance, the author mainly used factor analysis, reliabilit y analysis, analysis ofvariance, correlation and regression analysis scale, to test and verify the researchhypothesis. The data showed that the measurement scale had great reliability andvalidity; wage compensation, social security, union construction, labor contract andthe work environment had significant influence on job performance; moreover, unionbuilding, learning and growth, the labor contract, wage compensation and the workenvironment had significant influence on contextual performance.Based on the analysis of the empirical results, we proposed the followingmanagement recommendations for achieving the Decent Work and improveemployee job performance: to improve the management system of emp loyees participation; to pay attention to the protection of employee rights; to pay attentionto employee career development and growth; to improve wage system; to strengthenthe management of labor contracts; to build the humanistic environment. to helpmaking good decisions for business managers.
